Needless to say, I am fan! Next time I'll get a little crazy and throw mushroom, bacon, and A1 on it. Oh I forgot to mention, all toppings are FREE!! Because I haven't had anything to eat prior to going to Five Guys, and literally moments after eating a handful of these delicious fries, I had red spots all over my body. Read a few of their reviews seen it was "better than in & out"" well i wasn't expecting that to be true. Burgers were pretty good (unless i was just really hungry). Either way I must admit better than In & Out burger. The only difference is the spread sauce gives it that different taste. I Prefer the In & Out fries better, after ordering we were told the Cajun fries are better. Maybe next time i will try those. They have this similarities with their design patterns but the inside looks nothing like in & out. So much hype...if I never had In N Out and Five Guys Burgers and Fries, I'd say In N Out is the clear winner because of its special sauce. However, I don't really crave In N Out so I'd say this place is pretty refreshing if you're craving clearly fresh patties and fresh toppings. The bread is just okay. Normal cheeseburger/hamburgers have 2 patties, so you have to order a junior to get only 1 patty. I got the "all the way", which includes all toppings listed in black (mayo, mushrooms, grilled onions, tomato, lettuce, mustard, and ketchup), but I also ordered jalapenos as all the toppings are free :) I didn't order fries but I liked how fat they were and how they still had the potato skin on them. All in all I'd definitely come back but it's not to the point where I'd drive 30 miles just to try it. Decor could definiltey be improved as I felt that the place was a bit bare to my liking. when I was living in DC, I loved eating @ 5 guys. Their burgers are tasty but what I really loved about this place was their fries and so on a recent outlet excursion we decided we had to hit up 5 guys! For $2.69 (small size) you get enough fries to feed a small country (no idea what the large would look like) and the mini burgers are definitely not mini (i only ate 1/2 of mine and saved the rest for a snack later). My first impression of this place, upon walking into the establishment, is that this is by far one of the smallest Five Guys locations that I've ever stepped foot in. The are a decent amount of tables to dine at; however, I'm sure once the place gets fairly busy they run out of seating in no time. Anyway, the service here is about average. I love how the guy packed my meal to go when I specifically told him that I would be dining there when i ordered my meal at the cash register. I didn't complain or anything, since I wasn't sure if I would finish my little cheeseburger anyway. The food was about average too. My burger reminded me of the bland burger from Five Guys in Sacramento years back. Overall, I honestly can't say that I'm impressed with this Five Guys location. So I think this place has a decent burger, and good fries, and they have a nice variety of soda options. But this was my first time here as a vegetarian. So I ordered the vegetarian, which has sautéed mushrooms, onions, bell peppers, and tomato, plus whichever free additions you like. It was fairly good, considering what it was, but there wasn't much mushroom in it. The glaring issue today was that it was freezing in there! Every adult customer had their coat on. It seems crazy to compare this place to In 'N Out Burger. The burgers here are clearly superior. You get the sense that you're going back in time and eating real American food, not just a pseudo-facsimile. Like the real thing in days of old, they are going to drip with grease. The one thing I don't like is how the bun falls apart. I like that the french fries still have the skin on them. They have a great listing of free toppings. for example, there's no extra charge for adding grilled mushrooms. They also have free peanut. It was busy though, and there were few tables left. They fit a lot of tables in one small room and some were a bit cramped. These are good patties too, they all look hand-shaped. -Five guys style fries: so many fries! There was a cup-full in the bag, and then the bag was filled too. It was about 3x the amount I fries I was expecting. -Soda: they have coke zero and sprite zero in addition to the usual coke offerings. The total was just about $15 and both my boyfriend and I were completely stuffed. We sat there for quite some time eating more fries than we probably should have eaten, and in the end, we still had leftovers. Overall, I think I like it. I don't think it really compares to In-N-Out, so I'm not even going to say anything about that.
