Well. They would have gotten five stars if JIB's HORRIBLE APP didn't delete our bonus large curly fries. What a difference between night crew and day crew. Gonzalo, Christian, Martin, and new to the JIB crew-Julio. Our order was hot; there were the sauces (correctly done, nice)! I was treated very respectfully. Got a drink carrier for the drinks. :) Hoping the Manager Gladys reaches out to me today to refund my other two orders of $32.29 each that was ordered between approx 6pm each time. The orders were just wrong and inedible. Finally, yesterday from the day crew I mentioned above, we had hot JIB food as ordered (minus the bonus fries :/ ). But hey so much better than the other three attempts to eat JIB in Vaca. Thx again to Martin, Christian, Gonzalo. Julio watch these three, they know customer service. :) read more

Jack in the Box - Fast Food Near Me - Vacaville, California

We ordered a hamburger, a mixed box gremlin meal box of fried chicken, onion rings, fries. The box was supposed to come with a gremlin car hanging air freshener but we were told that they were out that was disappointing and deceiving we would've have ordered one if we knew before that we weren't getting the air freshener. You can tell this Jack-in-the-Box has changed the oil they are using to cook the food with its cheap oil the chicken, french fries tasted stale the hamburger bun was dry and burnt. Barely any mustard or ketchup on pickles on the hole hamburger. We will never be returning to this place again. Do better #Jack in the Box Stop using cheap oil to cook your food it makes people sick it causes heart, burn gerd and stomach issues it hard to digest Using corn oil makes the food taste stale read more

The kids wanted to eat Jack in the Box tonight. They have some good Mobile App deals so I ordered through the App for pick up in the Drive Thru. When I arrived (~10 minutes), my order was ready. Just drove up, told them my name and they passed it through the window to me, super simple. When I was driving away, the kids text me an additional order, so I went and inside to place the order. They die not have many employees working on a Saturday evening and I can see why as there was no one dining inside. They did have some drive thru and mobile orders which they were focused on. When my number was called, the server told me hold on, because he needed to get my drinks. Instead of getting my drinks (their soft drink machine was broken, so they had to pour the drinks for me inside), he proceeded to deliver a mobile order which outside, so I ended up waiting a few more minutes despite him calling my order number. I did not appreciate that he called me up then proceeded to deliver another order instead of just getting my drinks first. He could have had one of the 2 other people working pour my drinks while he delivered the other order outside. The food was fair, not too hot and the fries were a little soggy by the time I got home, so they did not have a crunch to them anymore and the Jumbo Jack was not so jumbo anymore (more like the Jr Jumbo Jack now, wonder how small the Jr Jumbo Jack is now). I used to like this location, but it is in need of some revamping. read more

Do not eat the monster tacos!! My daughter ended up in the ED with the worst food poisoning. They don't appear to know how to safely handle food and they should shut down that Jack in the box. The worst part is the owner of that franchise is aware. Avoid it all cost. read more

I just went there tonight and ordered a grilled chicken sandwich. The lady gave us a $2 plain chicken sandwich. I called to see if we could go back to exchange and I have the recite and when I called was very nice told the lady what had happened and she said "so you want me to just remake it?" I said no. I ordered the grilled chicken sandwich and it comes with sour dough bread with a grilled chicken patty. She said "the grilled chicken sandwich doesn't come with bread"..... uhhhh what? I was in just disbelief. Who confuses a GRILLED chicken sandwich with a plane $2 crispy chicken sandwich.... Waste of $$. I will upload pics of what I ordered and what I got read more

June 11,2023, i ordered the "build your munchies meal and regular coffee. THIS WAS THE WORST EVER ORDER RECEIVED. IT WAS INFESTED WITH ROACHES... ROACHES WERE HIDING IN THE CURLY FRIES AS SEEN IN THE VIDEO, ONE ALSO CRAWLED OUT THE BURGER WRAPPER. And as you can see the food is still untouched. I throw away my coffee just in case I find dead roaches at the bottom of my cup after consuming it. A total of 6 roaches were exterminated from this meal. PATHETIC. I wonder how the owners of the store would feel if they got this kind of service?? read more

The plan was to drive thru another burger joint but my plus two decided it's been some time since all three of us had Jack in The Box. (I myself haven't had it for at least a decade.) Just so happen it was in our line of sight on our way to said other burger joint. So, we all went for the change. (Curiosity also played a big factor.) With the pandemic roaring, drive thru was the only way. I went for the sourdough jack combo and my other passengers went for the buttery jack bacon and swiss combo and bacon ultimate cheeseburger combo. VERDICT: Food was really good! My burger was tasty and hearty. Some of the fries were on the soggy side but no biggie. Ranch dressing sorta helped that. FOOD: 4. SERVICE: 3. We were asked to pull up and park on one of their waiting spots. I'm guessing they were making our food to order and it wasn't ready by the time we got to the window. It didn't take long before a staff member came out and had our grub ready to go. (Following pandemic protocols, it was handed to us via a tray.) VALUE: 2. All three combos cost a bit under $28. We all felt it was a bit pricey... PARKING: N/A. [Drive thru for this visit.] OVERALL: 3. We were all able to squash our curiosities at a price, but it was worth it. Curious no more. I would try JIB again should the mood come up. read more

It took them 25 mins, in the drive-thru..there was ONLY 1 vehicle ahead of me...the food was good, but 25 mins? For a 20 dollar meal? I should be charging $1 a min, I wait! Absolutely the worst Jumbo jack combo I've ever had! Did drive thru at 3:00 pm Sat and was asked to park while waiting . I thought great! Nice and fresh. Wilted lettuce, like warm patty , white tomatoes . I tossed it all in the trash aside from my beverage. Never again except for a taco read more

If I could give this fast food, restaurant zero stars, I totally would. I went through the drive-through Wednesday night at midnight and let me tell you there was only four cars ahead of me but it took 30 minutes to get my food and when I did get my food my fries were freezing cold I was missing my onion rings my tacos were so cold that my cheese wouldn't even meltmy jumbo jack was freezing cold, same along with my chicken sandwich spent 25 bucks to wait 30 minutes long for my food was either not edible or missing . I noticed after leaving the drive-through, but by then the line was wrapped around the store. The worker in the front had told me he was the only worker along with one other guy and that's why there was such a long wait I tried calling the store to get my missing items. They wouldn't answer the phone. I refused to wait through that line for another hour. I tried calling the store the next day spoke to a lady named Gladis I told her I can tell her my transaction time and the amount that I spent charge to my bank, but that the guy at the front and didn't give me a receipt she informed me that she would be getting off work pretty soon and didn't feel like doing the refund but that I could call back the next day and get a refund. Well today I called back and the first time she hung up on me the second time after calling back, she said that she had no way to prove I even ordered from her store. Even though I told her I could show her my transactions from my bank statements, and I was on camera, she said she would not do the refund. She didn't even want to give me her corporate information. She gave me the information to her boss supposedly name Antonio, but she gave me a dead number so now I wasted my money and my time. So if you could avoid this store do so ! read more

**I can only speak to the coffee** I only go here on the weekends in the am for my beloved Iced caramel coffee. Especially 3 bucks for a large! I'm not much of a coffee person, but I do enjoy a good sweet iced coffee and this does it for me. The gentleman who works Saturday doesn't make it as good as the lady who makes them for me I've noticed though. She gives me all that extra caramel I ask for with a good amount of light ice as I request. He seems to be more stingy with the extra caramel pumps, but overdoes it on ice even though I ask for a light amount. read more

Wow. It doesn't get much worse than a 24 hour Jack In The Box in Vacaville, but there we were. My expectations were low, but this place took those, threw them on the ground, stomped on them, peed on them, and then set them on fire. Fast food? Fast if sitting behind 3 cars for half an hour is "fast." Kudos to the one employee who told us before we ordered that they were "out of soda." Wat? I didn't think you could mess up a Jack in The Box taco, but they proved me wrong. On the up side, she gave us a ton of sauce and that was correct. Our curly fries must've been the very bottom of the last batch that had been sitting for about 3 hours. I gave a star only because the woman working the drive through was polite and seemed like she was running ragged. I felt bad for her. It was only 9pm when we got there and we watched other people live our same saga as we ate barely passable food in the parking lot. I don't eat fast food often. If you're like me and need a reminder as to why you shouldn't, go here. Better yet, just take a $20 out of your wallet and set it on fire - you'll be more satisfied. read more

CHECK YOU RECEIPTS!!!! They will charge you for items you didn't order and they won't even offer an apology!!!! NO CUSTOMER SERVICE!!!!

I just left there and I never had a taco from Jack this spicy. My mouth is burning and they were not the tacos I know.

Since the pandemic to avoid indoor dining we have eaten here several times. This is the worst Jack in the Box. The food is vastly inconsistent, mostly too greasy, and bad. The staff doesn't listen when asked for something ,and they do not pay attention to detail. For example if you ask for sauce they frequently leave it out of the order. read more

Just passed through expecting a quick meal, got in the drive thru line, it was pretty long and was expecting a few maybe 15-20 minute wait. It took me 30 minutes to get to the call box because how slow and understaffed they were , then when I finally got to order , the lady at the register said she was going on break and if I wanted to order, to come back in ONE hour lmao . You want me to wait 2 hours to order a subpar hamburger? Wtf out of your mind. 1 hour after being stuck in the drive thru and didn't even get offered fries or nothing . Fuck my time right ? And fast food workers want minimum wage raised , yeah right . read more

mf gave me one, big, old, thick, piece of lettuce, twice the size of my jumbo Jack.

You'd think with the parking lot full with mostly "Rock N Brews" customers that this Jack In the Box would care about customers coming in, apparently not! Waited for a bit and NOT one worker or I'm assuming the manager said "Be right with you". Been fine other times, just avoid this place when they're short-handed! read more

The wait is ridiculous. Doesn't matter if you go into the lobby or into the drive thru either way you are going to be waiting for 30-40 minutes . The workers really don't care, they walk around and chit chat when the customers are waiting for their food or they are on their phones. It's not fast food it's literally slow food. Go to the other jack in box in town, the workers really just don't care at this location. And it's not a matter of being short staffed, there's 4-5 people working and two-three cars all the time, if I could it would be a one star. read more

Went through drive thru for a small lunch order. "What can I get for you" was the greeting. Ordering 2x time tacos must have been hard to understand because I had to repeat myself 4 times. You could tell the irritation of the employee because their voice went high reading back the order. Pulled up to the window - no greeting. Hand reached out to get my card and I was given my bag of food. After scanning my card, it was returned to me then the window shut. No receipt. Not one kind word.
