I don't know if it's the way they wrap a piping hot burger straight in foil or what, but it was absolutely not it. On top of that, they handed me barely even half a cup of fries. I just love their burgers and fries at Five guys. They are so generous with their portions especially of the fries. Nice and clean store with a spacious dining room and of course the peanuts you shell yourself. My only complaint is that I ordered online for pick up and I put asap. It said it would be ready in 8 mins. I got there 15 mins after I ordered and had to wait another 15 mins. I suggest revisiting the estimated time on the automated system so others are not left waiting too long as well. Reasonable prices for what you get. This store is located in a shopping mall so there's plenty of parking available. I'll definitely return here, the burgers are fantastic. read more

Taste wise, you can't go wrong at 5 Guys. Big, juicy burgers with unlimited toppings. Today I totally forgot the "Littles" were the single patty and a regular had 2 patties. So, wound up with the big guy. Awesome, though. I like mine loaded with lettuce, tomato, grilled onions and shrooms and some ketchup. We also split a regular fry, which is enough for like 2-3 adults. This location is always clean, pretty fast and friendly. My only complaint here is price. It's a bit spendy, IMO. Let me start by saying this post is a shoutout to Ruth. I believe she's a manager there, if she isn't, she definitely needs the promotion. Last week my boyfriend and I came here before his shift at work, so we were on limited time. We ordered and sat and waited for our food. We had the unfortunate problem of someone taking our food and walking off with it. We noticed and said something, and they called after them but they never turned back. They offered to make us new food. We said we couldn't because we were already pressed for time. So now we had to leave with empty bellies. Ruth refunded our meals and told us next time we come back that it was on her. Very sweet and nice of her. A week later we are back here eating again and Ruth recognized us and greeted us with a warm smile. She made sure she handed us our food herself and everything tastes wonderful. I love the burgers and I love the fries! However, one of my biggest pet peeves is when I request something (especially online) and I don't get what I pay for. We requested a burger with bacon, peppers, mushrooms, onions ketchup and jalapeños. The burger came ONLY with bacon. Then we requested the items and made sure to specify they were supposed to be grilled/sautéed. That took a while and one of the employees came to ask again if I wanted them grilled. Well I got the toppings and none of them were grilled!! This terrible service and lack of attention is why I'm giving them 2 stars. I might have to go to another 5 guys next time. read more

Burgers are fresh with any toppings you may want. Loads of fries. The small can be shared or the large if you're a big eater, I mean BIG eater. So instead of walking in 5 min to I tried to call 20 min earlier to give them a heads up. Well they let the phone ring for 5 minutes as I continued to call. Then they answered at 9:46 and said sorry we don't take order -5 min before closing.. So I said I'll see you in 5 min. I walked in and ordered my food and got looks from all three employees. After ordering my food the rude woman who I spoke on the phone with, instructed another worker to lock the doors.. 5 min before closing. I get that late customers are not ideal but I'm sure your boss wouldn't appreciate you turning away current and future business with rude tactics like refusing to answer the phone 5 min before the time that you don't have to take mobile orders.. read more

I was excited to have Five Guys, since earlier that day I saw a youtube video of a guy raving about how perfect the burgers were, how crispy and thick the bacon was, and how there was the perfect amount of salt on the fries. He was having such a great experience eating the burger on screen. So I decided to get me a late night snack and recreate that experience. I went in to Five Guys at 9:50 pm. I tried to order a bacon cheese burger. Tamela said, "there is no more bacon". Me, "so there is no more bacon". She looks back at the clock hanging on the wall. Tamela, "We have no more bacon". Me, "so there is No Bacon in this store". She looks back at the clock and said, "We close in 10 minutes". Me, "how long does bacon take to cook?" Tamela, "8 minutes and I would have to drop fresh bacon". Me, "I will wait". So this review is skewed toward customer service, which I think is just as important as the product. The whole ordering experience was horrible. I hate when people lie to me, or even try to be sneaky with half truth. It seams to me that at 9:50 the grill was clean and she wanted to short me bacon so they didn't have to clean the grill again. There apparently needs to be more training around customer service and that the store closes at 10:00 and not 9:50 pm. To top it off, do you think I was happy eating my burger, trying to recreate that great experience, after being lied to? NO. I love five guys! I went to this location right when they were opening this past week and they had yet to get a till into their register. They still took my order and got started on cooking the food for myself and the gentleman behind me in line. The staff were very pleasant and thanked me for coming in. I love the food here, although I think burger monger has a leg up on flavor, just by a tiny smidge. Burgers are tender and flavorful and commit me to fat kid sleepy syndrome immediately upon finishing. The fry portions are huge and they also fill the bag with the fries, I guess to justify the $3+ charge for them. FG is uber consistent with a great product that I Just can't seem to acquire at other gourmet burger joints like Burger Monger or Burger 21 at 2x the cost. As someone with a gluten and dairy allergy this is a relatively safe place to eat! The fries are absolutely delicious and come in large portions. The burgers are ok, nothing too special, but freshly cooked. They don't have gluten free buns, but you can get a burger with lettuce or bunless.
