Great service, and the restaurant was very clean and organized. The portions were good and the food tasted great can't ask for much more when you stop in for a quick lunch.

I have this place an extra star because the people who work here are generally nice & polite. Without them, I probably would have given this place a 2. Here's why. I go in to get the little hamburger combo, sometimes I get the Cajun fries, & sometimes I don't. Sometimes the Cajun fries really hurts my stomach, & are seriously over seasoned on them. The fries do not stay hot for very long, so if you're taking it to-go, you mine as well eat them in the car if you want them hot & fresh. The burger is always a slimey mess, I don't know why. The flavor isn't that bad, but the patty seems to be flattening each time I go in to order. It could be the lettuce making it so slippery because the lettuce it always soft, like it's welted before it's ever put onto the hamburger. I would like to say this was a mistake, but every single time I have been to a Five Guys, and the 3 times I've been to this one, it's always the same thing. Their grilled onions are okay, but they don't really even taste like grilled onions ‍. It's kind of weird. For the prices that they charge, I would expect places like this to be a Five Start review spot to eat, but unfortunately, I've had my share, & it's just not it for me. Carl's Jr is up the street though, I think that are a better option.

Today was my first time at Five Guys. Let me tell you the burger and fries hit the spot. I also had the pleasure of speaking to Mia. Mia was so pleasant and welcoming. She came to my table and asked how was everything and showed real customer service. She suggested a milkshake, and let me tell you, the peanut butter, chocolate, banana Milkshake was Rediculously Delicious. I recommend you come by and try it.

Burgers were ok. Got free peanuts. Service was good and the place was clean. Prices are crazy expensive compared to in n out prices.

This is my first time at Five Guys. I spent nearly $20 on a hot dog, fries, and drink. I ate inside the restaurant. Everything came in a paper bag.

Came in for a patty melt and came out pretty happy/satisfied. When we arrived the staff was friendly and was really attentive. We ordered a grilled cheese and added a patty, hence a patty melt. But it isn't on the menu so we ordered it that way. And a small Cajun fries. Food was all made to order, fries were crispy and the patty melt was made perfectly. Environment was clean, staff were all really nice. I love five guys.

This place is a joke, $5.29 for this much fries. Not worth your money, go down the street to another burger joint. Only reason I gave them a 2 star is because the staff was nice and the place is clean.

I had been craving a big Five Guys Burger for a couple weeks so I decided to pay this store a visit. The place was nice and clean inside but I didn't see any hand sanitizers which is a mistake since they offer unlimited serve yourself free peanuts. I didn't touch em. I'm not at risk for Corona but I'm not stupid either lol. The young staff were all in the back most likely doing young people stuff. It took a few minutes before someone came out and took my order. Prices have gone up since my last visit (years ago) which is no surprise. Their normal double burger is $8.40 a small fry is $4.05 and a shake is another $4 or $5 bucks. What is lacking here is a combo meal. Some combo meal options would make Five Guys more competitive with In and Out. The fries are no longer soggy dinner fries but thin cut and made with local farm potatoes. The burger is made to order and yummy. The beef could use seasoning though. It took two reminders to get my milk shake which was also very good. In sum if it weren't for their bad service this would be a four star review. I would definitely say that In and Out offers a tastier but less meaty product.

I was able to get to the front of the line and order their burger that I was told was one of the best. I grabbed a beer as well because it was one of those days ya know! I took my number sign and found some space next to a couple playing card games on a bench inside. They had a self serve icewater area that I was able to fill up my water bottle. I was also able to grab some ketchup to enjoy those fries. My burger and fries was delivered and there were more fries than expected. I focused on those first because who like cold fries, right??? The fries were actually pretty good, an above average standard French fry with salt. The burger however was phenomenal. There was an amazing crust on the outside reminiscent of a backyard bbq. There was ample bacon, lettuce, cheese and sauce to make it a balanced bite. The bun was high end brioche style, they really went all out on quality of ingredients. A standard burger build but done perfectly! Beer was cold, food was great and the ambiance is a perfect local bar. Great spot to go if you don't mind hunting for a parking space.

I have to give this a 5 star with some caveats (those are later)…read more First, if clean is your thing then this is your place. Exceptional in terms of cleanliness. Second if you have kids, then again, this is your place. I was there on a Saturday about 2 pm and there were multiple families and the kids seemed to really enjoy the vibe. As for the food and service. Service was great - people are friendly and attentive. I had the Bacon BBQ burger - good - not great, but worth the $15 or so. If i had one critique it would be that the sauce was too heavy and just detracted from the experience. As noted, the Burger had too much sauce which made the burger very messy. The burger leaked all over my hands and I used the two paper napkins in about 3 seconds flat. I went to the counter to get more napkins but there were no dispensers. So then i went to the restrooms to grab a paper towel but both restrooms were occupied. Then I pointed out to the staff that they should have napkin dispensers for their guests - the staff could see i was getting aggro so she offered the hand sink in the kitchen! Nice! Great service. A+ A few detractions - this is clearly a restaurant that leans on SYSCO - a major food purveyor for the restaurant industry. Many reviewers like the fries and shakes - I'm 90% sure these are frozen fries from SYSCO (you'll find the same fries all over the place), and the meat in the burger is probably sourced from SYSCO as well. Don't get me wrong, still tastes fine - just not distinctive. How do I know? A giant SYSCO truck was in the parking lot making their delivery when I was there. As for the atmosphere - it feels like a "Jonny Rockets" style retro burger joint but lacking the 50s style charm. It's white and red and very sterile feeling. It has some 50s decor but it's all pho/plastic and not authentic. It's not the type of place where you'd want to spend any time. It feels very well suited for a shopping mall where people can pop in, eat a solid burger and shake, then get out. The owners clearly spent a lot of time and money converting the space from the dive bar it was to what it is now, but I don't think it's a good use of the space. It's huge - it's got a large patio and tons of parking. It's the kind of place that should have been designed for guests hang out for an hour or two and spend some money, but instead they designed a small menu, counter service restaurant with a sterile atmosphere, the quick service trifecta. I hope they make it, but a space that large must have a pretty hefty rent. They'll need to fill some seats and get some wallet share to survive.
