The burgers are juicy and have become one of my favorites anywhere. If you haven't tried them you need to try the Cajun Fries. If I could I would rate it 0 stars, we ordered 3 milkshakes and we got our food pretty fast. We were still waiting for them so we went up and asked about 10 minutes later, when we went back up they said they would work on it in a minute so we went back.. when we went back up about 20 minutes later we had an adult go up there to be with us.. when we asked this guy said "we've been busy." The food was okay and I usually LOVE Five Guys no matter where I get it from. This is the worst location I've ever been to. 1. Throughout the whole time I was there (I sat in to eat) they didn't once clean the grill. When my food came out it had char bits on it because the grill was so dirty. Who knows what on earth that was? 2. The floors were gross and sticky and so were the tables. It was so hard to find a table in there that was clean and if you've been here you know that there are A LOT of tables. 3. The employees were goofing off the whole time. After we got our food and sat down all the employees disappeared. A guy came in a few minutes later and I watched him wait 5 minutes for somebody to finally help him. They all went into the backroom and all you could hear was laughing. It made me question whether or not I want to go back to Five Guys again which is sad cause I've been to at least 6 throughout 5 different states and this is the only one I've had a problem with. read more

You instantly transform your burger to a XL for $0. I like the fries because they keep the skin on. Well I decided to give Five Guys another try last night. I haven't been there in about a year because the quality had gone down. So, last night they were not busy at all and we (hubby and I) ordered our burgers to go. Mine was the bacon cheeseburger all the way minus lettuce and hubby had burger with ketchup, mustard and mayo only. The lady at the register acted as tho she didn't want to be there and hardly said 2 words. We waited for the burgers and since they were to go, they were wrapped up and bagged. We get home and my burger was missing things and had things I didn't add not to mention it was the driest burger I've had. My husband's burger had an extra item on his he didn't ask for and was dry as well. They need to teach the people taking orders to actually act like they enjoy their job, take orders correctly and to speak to the customer. The people making the burgers need to learn how to read the order and how to make the food according to the order, and how not to make an extremely dry burger!! That was honestly a waste of money and wondering if this is the only level of quality they know!!!! Absolutely the best customer service in Montgomery fast food! I came 5 minutes before closing and apologized for doing so. I ordered a little cheeseburger and little Cajun fries. The manager told me hey we heard you talking to the cashier and you said you drove all the way from Tallassee (about a 30 minute ride) for our food. I did yes I did I love five guys. He said well we're gonna give you the full sized burger and fries. My God that's enough to feed my entire family! And all was freshly cooked and served to me hotttt! I love the staff here they're awesome! The burgers are one of the best in Montgomery (hamburger King is the one a little better) but the fries are THE BEST ANYWHERE! Agree with all the other reviews, normally love 5 guys but this location is terrible, when we ordered they were 25 orders behind, took over 40 minutes to get our food, ordered at 128, got our food at 213,no excuses for a wait that long, they need to hire more employees. After the 40 minute wait, they messed up our order and put mustard on one of the burgers. After we finished eating all 3 garbage cans were overflowing. Will not be back to this location. read more

Between the music, the people calling out orders, the open grill/fryer kitchen noises, the "ORDER NUMBER_______", it's all very overwhelming and not very 3 month old friendly :\ Service-PHENOMENAL! The manager, kind of a heavier set guy with glasses is a SUPER nice guy. Not sure if he's the manager or owner, but he's so SO nice and funny. Me and my wife really like him! Hardly do I ever leave five guys hungry but when I do its because I'm at this five guys.
