You can order at the counter or request table service. We sat down and looked over the menu. They do a good job of accurately describing everything in there so there were few questions. We ordered fountain drinks which were attentively refilled. The fried dumplings were delicious, crispy and fresh. I found this place doing a search for closest food to me that I could order for pickup. I initially thought the wings were pricey, but after seeing the size of the 8 of them I had no complaints, and the flavor on them was great! Had the right amount of kick to them as well. The fried rice was good, but I think it could have used a little more spice, but then again it's possible I needed to cleanse my palate from the wings. The service was friendly though it did take a bit for someone to come to the counter. Inside was nice and had a good amount of seating if you wanted to eat in with a group, and ample parking in the lot outside as it's within a shopping plaza. The ramen was super good, and the customer service was generally good as well. The place is beautifully decorated and has a great atmosphere. However, just a heads up -- the chicken we were served was raw. We brought it to the staff's attention, but they insisted it was cooked, even though it was clearly undercooked. We ordered French fries and two separate orders of boneless chicken- one Galbi and the other Mala. No complaints about the food. However, everything was brought out separately about 15 minutes apart. We got the fries after 20 minutes. Almost 15 minutes later, one order of chicken and 15 minutes after that - the last order. When we questioned why it was taking so long to get the last order of chicken, we were told that they had a lot of to-go orders.
