a hamburger with cheese, tomato, and lettuce
    Anthony G.

Great spot for a tasty burger. Who can pass on peanuts while you are waiting? Not me. The Bacon Cheeseburger 'All In' is tremendous. The burgers them selves are well cooked, juicand tasty. Buns are a decent size, fresh, and not soggy like some big burgers. The toppings are all fresh and the whole thing is put together well and stays together. Fries are cut fresh, served hot, and plentiful. For those that can't handle the size, they have a smaller version. Clean place, friendly workers, and all at a good price. Another great spot for good quick eats. The double bacon cheddar is phenomenal- with the works. Amazing it stays together. BLT was fresh. Grilled cheese was nicely made. Fresh cut fries are incredible- add the vinegar.

Always decent fast-food. It is a little high priced for the quantity of patty. Delicious fries and the small is enough to split! I do really like the grilled cheese!

bacon burger with "all the way" toppings

I've never heard of or tried Five Guys before but found myself completely sold on the food. The burgers here are a little overpriced and take a little longer to make -- but they are worth it all. All of the toppings can be mixed and matched at no extra cost. I enjoyed my burger with "all the way" toppings. The only downside is that their fries are pretty generic thick-cut fries and nothing special -- but they do come in really large portions perfect for sharing. I definitely plan on coming back and ordering multiple burgers each time to stock up for future meals. Just keep in mind that their default burger comes with two patties, so you'll have to order the single patty explicitly.

Little hamburger with pickles, onions and mustard.

Pretty meh for an expensive burger. The only reason they got 3 stars is because they use fresh jalapenos not pickled.

Check your receipt. This location likes to charge for eating in even after you've said " to go" twice.

Wendy's in Mayfield Heights is located across from a major retail plaza on Som Center Road. As a…read moreresult, it's a very convenient location for eats before or after shopping. I have been to this location a few times with the latest being this weekend. RESTAURANT: I have not been inside the restaurant but used the drive thru. Lately, I found that the location is very poorly lit in the evenings. For instance, lights are pretty dim in the parking lot. Half the menu is not lit up. It just doesn't provide a feeling of safety. FOOD: I ordered a few things here over the years. The food is usually just average. During the last visit I purchased the Baconator (double) and Chili (large). The Baconator was much tastier this time, juicy, well put together, and fresh. Chili seemed to be different from the usual recipe. Usually the chili is much darker, meat forward, and has thick consistency. This chili seemed completely different - lighter color, very diluted, and not like the original. I haven't had chili in a few months so perhaps it's an overall recipe change. All I know is that I liked chili here considerably less than at other locations. SERVICE: I couldn't believe how good the service was for a drive thru during my last visit. I mean it. The service was very prompt, my food was up in minutes. The employee working the drive thru was incredible, very courteous and attentive. I can't remember another transaction at any fast food place that was as excellent. It's not the case every single time, most times the service is average. I look forward to visiting next time due to great service. I probably won't order chili again but look forward to experiencing other menu items.

FOOD: The food is bad, there's no other way to put it. I ordered Quarter Pounder Cheese & Bacon meal ($10.59). The sandwich was hastily built with cheese that wasn't melted at all, abundance of onion, and halfway cooked meat. The fries tasted stale. They were also overly salty, impossible to eat. The fries also weren't sold with over the top fill, but rather had a half empty container. Coke is not what you'd expect from McDonalds. You know, the syrupy, bold taste. This coke was extremely diluted and looked much more clear than usual. I was quite surprised with this meal. Despite being very hungry, I tried a little bit of everything and didn't eat it. Perhaps some other options are more on brand here but whatever I ordered wasn't good. SERVICE: The service here is surprisingly friendly. Employees smile at you, greet you in a polite manner, and are a joy to interact with. This is very rare nowadays for fast food establishments. I was pleasantly surprised with the speed of order fulfillment and pleasantries. I'm rating this place 3 stars only due to good service. The food is easily 1 star. I won't be returning based on this poorly prepared meal. If you see very hungry, this place may do but I wouldn't make it your go-to.

I suppose the most glaring of these is speed and or accuracy of service. I would understand these issues if the place was busy. On my last 3 visits it took around 10 minutes to get food and there were no other customers. On one occasion after a wait my order was not right. The lacks of speed also causes me to notice things like the napkin dispenser being empty and the Coke Zero being out. There were very few guests inside and outside in the drive thru. I decided to order in the drive thru. I arrived at the drive thru and waited for a very long time. I reached out with a greeting a few times. No one ever accepted the order through the drive thru. As a result, I rerouted to McDonald's down the street. It's really unfortunate because I was really craving some BK menu items.

This weekend, I visited him and when he asked where I wanted to eat, I said, "DUH Scooters!" I love hot dogs! We weren't the only ones with that idea, and we had to circle the parking lot several times before finally finding a place to park. After that, we joined a line that stretched out the door. Once it was our turn, we both ordered the 'long' chili dog and got a 'tiny' fry and a banana shake to share. We were lucky enough to find a place to sit at the counter. While we waited I enjoyed the whimsical wall murals and people watching. Once we received our food, I happily dug in. The chili on the hot dog was unique, with corn mixed in. We were warned it would be spicy, but as Texans, we didn't find it spicy at all--though we did think it was quite tasty. The "tiny" order of fries was delicious and definitely not small in our eyes, though after seeing the massive portions others received, I suppose it was. We kept eating and eating them and still couldn't finish them. The banana shake was the perfect ending to our meal. I hope I get to eat at Scooters again.
