It is located in a huge strip mall.woth a lot of choices and next to saladworks. I wanted to get some of their famous milkshakes with unlimited mixers/toppings. The staff was welcoming, and I ordered a vanilla milkshake with salted caramel. They do have fries and a lot of items to order. The store has shared a parking lot. The inside of the store and restrooms are maintained well. The milkshake was ready in a couple of minutes, and it tasted great. It's definitely worth it ! read more

Overall extremely disappointing. As a dasher I expect the order that went through 15+ minutes ago to be finished and packaged, however they never seem to work on it until I get there. This wastes my time and money and is a huge corporate slap in the face to people like me whose time is money. Today, I was a little late to arriving (expected time ~5 minutes before I arrived) due to another pickup. Usually they make me wait 10+ minutes for the order so I thought, perfect, it should be finished. Here I am now, at minute 25, with one other customer in the entire building for a single order of one fucking burger and fries. Ridiculous. My irritation lies with a smaller double burger and a large fry being only the cup they give, when usually they give you more because 8.00 for a medium cup of fries is rubbish! I ordered a burger and fries online. I got there early but waited until I got a text saying my food was ready until I went inside. I gave them my name. The person I gave my name to then told the cook that I was there so that he should drop the fries. "Three minutes while we wait for the fries sir." Why would you wait to drop the fries until I go there? They had them in the scooper thing and just dunked them right into the frier once he got the signal so it's not like they didn't have them made or something. I eventually got my food and drove 5 minutes then parked and ate. I wish they would've waited to make the burger instead of the fries. It was wrapped in tin foil with no care. The burger was smashed inside the foil and because of that the bun was so wet it wasn't even bread at that point. The bottom bun was about as thin as a sheet of paper and was so wet it just fell apart. The bun was so wet and it all had been smashed so hard into a ball inside that foil that it was like grabbing this round ball of wet meat. I got a regular sized drink when I got there and it was almost 4 dollars. Save your money and go get a whopper. Overall, hideous food, pointless and weird waiting after they tell you it's ready, high price. It seems like they're just living off the reputation they built years ago and have cut every corner. read more

A long time ago (not in a galaxy far, far away) I went to this Five Guys. They had only been open a few months. My experience was terrible. Bad food, bad customer service - I was not a happy eater. Especially compared to the good food I've had at other Five Guys. So tonight my wife and I stopped by the Centerville Rd location again. I actually ordered the wrong burger but made a very "happy mistake." I thought I was ordering your basic bacon cheeseburger (with lettuce, tomatoes, onion, mayo, ketchup, mustard) - the kind dad used to grill. What I got was an "All The Way" bacon cheeseburger (I know this from reading my reciept). It was AMAZING. Look it up. If "Apple" made a burger, this would be it. I'm in heaven. Wow, this was way worse than nasty! I ordered a bacon hot dog, haven't looked yet but I'm sure it cost more than a regular hot dog. Guess what? Not a fragment of bacon on my sandwich. I should consider myself lucky. My husband ordered a blt, every inch of bacon on his sandwich was burnt, practically cremated. Should probably preface this review with the fact that I'm not really a huge burger or hotdog person because I'm picky with my toppings, BUT my first (and last) visit was unreal. I got a hotdog and I was told that they were out of hotdog buns....five guys, out of hot dog buns, what? They literally cut up my hotdog and shoved it into a hamburger bun, A for effort and innovation I guess, but that pathetic excuse for a meal was too pricey for what I got. On a weekday they are fine. Everyone loves the fries but I think they're too soft. I eat them and like the flavor but I would like to see a crispier outside. my biggest problem is the weekend crew. They are unsupervised and sometimes forgetful or inattentive in their assembly of the burgers. Smashed buns and wet, sloppy amounts of condiments for instance. Worst service ever. There were only two people working, one in the back doing who knows what the other was in the front simultaneously running the cashier, grill, fryers, and burger assembly area. The three other customers, an elderly couple and a young woman had not yet received their orders when I arrived. While preparing their orders the employee in the front asked me what I was going to order but didn't ring me up, The elderly couple then asked for a refund and left presumably because of the long wait, when their half completed order was thrown out mine was thrown out along with it. The employee in the back and the employee in the front then switched places and started taking the orders of three new customers, my trashed order was never addressed. I decided to leave as I had not paid yet, my half made order was thrown out, and I had been waiting Half an hour. The young woman who had been there before me had still not received her full order and when I asked said she had been waiting about 45 minutes.
