I would have really given a five rating. I'm not too critical, except for one thing. Customer service. I order online while I am in the parking lot. Then after a minute, I reply I am here. No problem. I go in and a guy asks for my name and I tell him. People come and go and I am waiting. Then a older guy who could be a manager says something to one fo the crew and points to me. A female asks my name. I tell her. One of the bags that has been sitting up top of the fries the whole time, was mine. She gives the younger a guy a look. He puts in the fries. Yes, I am pissed but I don't say anything. She gives me the bag, "Here's your order." Nothing else. No apology from anyone, not a word. I look back as I leave, they all are pointing and looking at me in the parking lot. Nah, not coming back. You don't care. Way to run a business. read more
