Burger patties are on the small side. Fries are intended to be oversized, read their history. Average burgers. Nothing special. The bun will disintegrate pretty much after the first bite. For the price, it should be better. Fries are solid even when they are bad. Which they were this time. Probably won't be back for another year. First because it's really unhealthy. Secondly the quality is not there. I don't mind paying more if it's worth it. My suggestions would be to improve the burgers by making them slightly larger. Keep the quality. Improve the burger bun. Make sure the employees know how to execute the perfect cook on the fries. Nothing is worse than soggy, greasy fries. Except maybe cold greasy, soggy fries. Decent amount of seating. Around 10-12 tables. A multi Coke self serve dispenser. When we were here multiple adolescents were "stealing" drinks from the self serve drink dispensers with "water cups". They all must refilled their cups 5-6 times each with coke products. Meanwhile us paying customers were waiting to get our paid drinks. Can't believe they just gave out water cups to non customers. The workers are very nice, friendly and hard working. The place is fairly clean. It could use a deep clean. The floors, employee door to the back all could look much cleaner. They use peanut oil and also have free peanuts that are self serve. 3 Stars. Could easily be 5 with a few tweaks. read more

On Saturday, 7 Dec, I ordered a meal via Uber Eats at 7:21 pm. I received a message saying that it would be ready at 8:05 pm. Fine. Shortly after 8:05 pm, I received a message saying my meal would be delivered around 8:45 pm THEN 8:55 pm, that's almost 2 freaking hours! It wasn't even prepared! I wasn't sure what was going on so I called the driver, no response. I proceeded to canx my ordered. The meal has not even left the facility but saying "being prepared." Being prepared for almost 2 hours. I canceled my order and was still charged. This isn't fair! You're 15 min away! I understand that it gets busy, but almost 2 hours is unacceptable. I WILL NOT order from here or use Uber Eats again. I should have ordered from the Odenton location, I've never had problems there. read more

It's a chain so you know what to expect, but as solid as usual with a burger and a dog that I had along with a vanilla shake. More pricier than most burger joints but taste wise is often better too, making it worth it. Good friendly service as well at this location. read more

I have loved five guys since I first tried it many years ago at one of the first stores in Northern Virginia. I still really love their burgers and their fries are incredible. I really like that I can add as many toppings as I want for no extra cost, I'm kind of a kitchen sink guy when it comes to piling it on! At 11:40 they haded me the milkshakes. I asked about the food. They said "what food." They then said they never got the order (although they knew all about the milkshakes?) This restaurant offers curbside pickup but twice when I arrived to pick up food with my young son in the car they refused to bring my food out. One day after waiting nearly 30 minutes for one burger and a little fry I noticed white fuzz on my fries as if they had been dropped and put in the bag. DISGUSTING! Our friend treated us to five guys for our first visit and we quite enjoyed it. Who doesn't love Five Guys?! Definitely one of my favorite burger joints. It does take them longer than a normal fast food joint to cook the food, but they're cooking every burger to order, which means your food is going to come out fresh every time. read more

I just tried Five Guys for the first time on Sunday night, and... honestly, I didn't really think it was "all that". I ordered a bacon cheeseburger and a small order of Cajun fries, and from the buzz that I'd been hearing about this place, I guess I had been expecting much more than what I actually got. Mind you, it wasn't BAD - on the contrary. But I just didn't think the hype was worth it. The burger honestly reminded me of a Burger King Whopper - but BK Whoppers aren't that bad, so take that as you will. I didn't like the fries, though; they weren't seasoned enough for my taste and they got pretty greasy toward the bottom of the cup. The Love of My Life was underwhelmed, as well, though his feelings are the same as mine are. It was good, but it's not a place we're going to make a special trip to come back to any time soon. Our meal was 22 dollars, which is also a bit steep considering what we got. I just think we could have spent that 22 dollars elsewhere and received a lot better quality. I'm a moderate fan of Five Guys, just not this one. I know they only server burgers well done but mine were beyond that and burned. In addition the Cajun fries were terrible. Barely any of the fries had cajun seasoning on them. To top off my visit was the outstanding service they provided. I get off work late and I know I was there an hour before closing, but dammit if the crew there didn't give me a death stare for interrupting their cleaing to take and make my order. So obviously I wasn't greeted so I turned the tables on the insanely rude and abrupt cashier and asked him how he was doing. Had to ask him three times before he finally acknowledged and answered. Okay, so my son's school does a family/fundraiser night a couple of times a school year at this location, and it's truly the best location for this event. Last week we were greeted by a super enthusiastic cashier, Sean/Shawn. He saw our two little guys' StarWars action figures, commented on how cool they were & made two little boys so proud of their choice of toy for the evening. After waiting for a food, a little longer than usual, Sean/Shawn checked on our order & got it to us within a few minutes. While we were eating we witnessed him pulling out chairs for a couple older women in the restaurant, and later helping some elderly folks use the super fancy soda machine. He's truly a fantastic employee. Lastly, my husband and I were interested in the advertising of the milkshakes in the Glen Burnie restaurant, since we'd read earlier in the day that the original ow we had always been against shakes & other dairy beverages. He explained that the milkshakes were a very new thing & whipped up the most perfect Oreo milkshake for our family to share. Our boys' minds were blown away, my husband & I couldn't have been more impressed, not only with the food, but with the service & caliber of employees. Great job Five Guys!!! read more

Always glad to have great burgers around. The staff here are friendly and have a familiar attitude with customers. I once stopped by here on New Years' Eve, because everywhere else was closed... felt bad for the staff, but I stuck around just to chat with them for awhile. Hope they get paid well for working hours like that! One minor complaint is that they need to turn their mic up when announcing orders ready to eat.
