I love coming here. The best quick serve burgers you can get in my opinion. They are a little pricy compared to other burger places. This location is newer. Giant parking lot around the building. Two entrances and plenty of seating. Everything is cooked in front of you which is nice. Peanut oil is used for the fries which I like. You can take a container of peanuts to your table to eat while you wait. If you are highly allergic to peanuts, you probably shouldn't come here. The burgers and fries are delicious. The fries are always overfilled in the bag so a small order seems like a large. The burgers are always cooked perfectly. You can choose toppings such as mayo, ketchup, mustard, jalapeños, etc. The soda fountain is one of the newer machines. You can choose hundreds of different combinations. The shakes are really good and inexpensive. Lots of flavors to choose or mix. The machine always works unlike another fast food location. read more

Went in tonight and ordered a single burger. Customer service was good as always, turn around time was about 10 minutes, (which is average depending on the time and day you go) but OMG the fry prices have gone through the roof!! I know a lot of owners of local restaurants, so I FULLY understand Covid related food prices are up for a lot of different reasons, BUT.... to go from $3.49 for a small fry and filling the bag to a cup barely larger than what the Dr. gives you for a urine sample and a couple extra fries in the bag.......WOW, they are out of their mind. I hadn't been to any of the Five Guys locations in so many years and I really wasn't impressed. I ordered a regular single patty cheese burger, fries, and an Oreo milkshake and I was so stunned by the over priced meal I received. I probably spent about $20-25 on my food (ridiculous I could probably go to a restaurant and spend less for a better burger). The burger itself was small and was nothing special. I'm not sure how they received any rewards for them. I've definitely had better at other fast food chains, restaurants, etc. My mother ordered their veggie patty and it looked disgusting. I'm not sure if I looked over at it after she ate a good amount but I only saw mushrooms and other veggies on the bun. It did not look like any type of patty. She said it was terrible and that she would never order it again. The fries were delicious and the Oreo milkshake was to die for. Honestly if I ever come back it would just be for that. It was the perfect mix between soft and thick and the Oreo chips really put it over the top. The fries were perfectly salted and were delicious hours later too. This establishment has higher prices then any other Five Guys I've been to. Their meat is like the consistency of playdoh. Flavorless and needed those packets of salt they provided. Burger for $10 is a certifiable rip off..the bun is lacking, at least they can use a nice potato bun. I ordered it with sautéed onions & mushrooms and the mushrooms were cold and tasteless as if they were poured from a can: Yuck! These fries were the smallest portion for a large and tasted like they were fried yesterday. The food has potential to be really good but every time my buns are always soggy making it hard to eat without getting my hands so messy (first world problems, maybe, but I've never had a burger this soggy anywhere! You should be able to get a burger with the buns mostly in tact). I recommend putting the ketchup and wet condiments in the center so the burger has more integrity. I normally love five guys but I think I've found the worst location. This week I came in 1hr before closing time and found that the staff had gone rouge and shut down the restaurant early. I explained that I was picking up an online order for my wife that she had already paid for. I was told they'd reverse the charge for me but 5 days have gone by.... I have received no response to the complaint. My wife has received no response from her complaint and we've been charged for the whole meal. I ordered from this 5 Guys for delivery. Plain and simple, they use Door Dash and my order was needlessly left at my hotel room door - outside - on a cold evening. Driver didn't even knock. By the time I found it, the fries were cold and the burger was lukewarm. They did text a picture of the bag getting cold in front of the door, but I was indisposed and did not have my phone with me, so I didn't read the text right away. Their word of mouth reputation of being the best burger restaurant is highly inflated. My wife and I noticed the new location next to Kohl's and decided to give them a try after shopping. What a mistake! If looks counted for anything, they would get five stars for being new-ish looking. The ordering process is fast with no waiting, but I should have noticed the throngs of people waiting for food. Slow process carried out by uncaring employees made this an excruciatingly painful experience. Waiting for over 30 minutes for burgers was too long. The process is like an assembly line where the burgers are built on a steel table and shoved down the line where each worker had to read the paper slip and figure out what comes next. When our number was finally called, the food was cold and nothing was right... yes, nothing. A cheeseburger is supposed to come with cheese on it, right? Starting to get flashbacks to the old location across the street for slack hygiene. 1) Only one hand sanitizer dispenser, hidden behind the vestibule, EMPTY. 2) Order took forever with very few customers. 3) Two of three sandwiches were not made to order. 4) No napkin dispensers and only five in the bag for two people, cleaning the table, drippy sandwiches, and sharing fries. 5) Using fresh tomatoes to pin the order ticket to the stainless steel prep table, then tossing them on the sandwich later. I wouldn't touch the food at this restaurant with a ten-foot pole. I was recently running an errand at Kohl's before work and, as I passed Five Guys, I noticed the morning employee relieving himself in the very visible, and clearly shared, staircase on the parking lot side of the building. I really don't have to list out all the reasons why this is completely unacceptable and disgusting (beyond being illegal) because I'm sure you can think of them all on your own. All I know is that that guy is not going anywhere NEAR something I plan to put in my mouth. If the establishment is willing to hire someone like that, I can only imagine the standard for cleanliness. Five guys, just opened this next location! It is a very nice building, and the interior is well arranged. The employees are very receptive and nice. The food is very good as long as you are specific with how you would like I done. It does take a longer time because they are making it all fresh, I'd advise to call ahead of time. This isn't the same as other fast food burger places, if you'd like a $3 burger that was just re heated go to Burger King of McDonald's. It's more of a real restaurant, with a fast food and relaxed vide. read more
