$40.19 for two burgers and one fry and waters to drink. The prices are outrageously high. Burgers are good but not THAT good.

Didn't realize there's a Five Guys here until last week. Stopped here a quick bite. Couple of customers were there ahead of me. But the service was fast, within next 2-3 mins I placed my order. It's like any typical Five guys, 7-8 tables arranged well. The place was very clean. The food was ready in no time. They made my cheeseburger to the perfection, Thanks to the extra grilled onions and Jalapenos added to the burger. Nicely done. See you again soon.

We arrived at 9:59:21 and they closed at 10pm. Not only did they serve us well, they made sure we felt like we were a priority. They even made sure we could get our shake too. This, was excellent service being displayed at its very best!!! The crew that night was amazing! (Fri. June 30, 2023)

I don't know his name.. I don't know what motivates this man so much... but if you want a bangin burger that slaps harder than an Indian mother, FIND THIS MAN AT THIS LOCATION

To me five guys is a get what ya pay for kind a place to me it's not cheap and it's not expensive considering the higher levels of legitimacy etc... Today I got a bacon cheeseburger as the base before condiments it was quite good and the staff where friendly. Mostly just a get what ya pay for quality type place. The burgers are quite huge (likely and possibly hard to fit ones mouth around not nessisaraly in a bad way) thus I wouldn't be the least bit surprised if this chain in general is a favorite amongst Pro football linemen with quite large apatite's like old world workaholic lifestyle lumberjacks with high calorie intake and burning kind of thing etc....

Lively place, free peanuts, fresh made hamburgers, awesome coke machine and the best french fries I've had from a 'fast food' joint. French fries are very generous too, one large is enough for two adults. But, I'm not a fan of the 'small format' burger (like Dicks, the McD Cheeseburger, In-n-Out), especially if you pile on the extras here, its a big-small sloppy mess. High prices and no shakes move Five Guys to a 3-star for me. BUT, 5 star on the 'green rating', virtually all recyclable, biodegradeable materials for service, well done 5-guys on that aspect.

Do not ever order online. They will tell you your order will be ready in 7 minutes, you will get there in 10, and will wait 30 minutes. This is my current experience; order made at 4:30pm, it is 5:05pm, I'm there waiting... Waiting... Waiting... PS. Sorry, but I have to change my review to one star due to the way they handled the situation. I couldn't find a manager of this establishment, nor couldn't get an explanation about what is going on. They essentially stole one hour of my Sunday. Very frustrating. Not recommended.

This is a greasy burger joint and I love it. Crack some peanuts, toss the shells, eat a double cheeseburger and relax. Good stuff.

We (my husband and I) were greeted and helped with navigating the menu, as well as how to order on their touch-screen kiosk. We ordered the 7 chicken tenders, and got half mild and the other half hot. We also got a side of the Port Rice. When we were there, the whole place was empty, but still, the table we chose was dirty, so we wiped it down ourselves. The greeting staff lady was very kind and helpful, but the other staff who brought us our food weren't as open to being friendly. The chicken came out hot (in temperature) as well as the rice. It didn't take long to get our food since we were the only ones there. The mild chicken flavor was my favorite. It had a good, unique flavor. The hot flavor was too vinegary for me, but my husband liked it as he sweated through the spice. We enjoyed the rice paired with the chicken. We didn't realize it until after, but they actually gave us 8 chicken tenders, so that was kind; they were large, too. We should have gotten a second side so that we had more of a meal, maybe something crunchy, but by golly, the prices in WA are insane for food, so we chose not to. They provided us with two dipping sauces in glass bottles, both labeled 'garlic sauce,' but 'garlic' was spelled incorrectly (maybe the art was made with AI? How did the marketing department miss that?). One bottle was white sauce, and the other was a red sauce, so we were confused why they were both labeled garlic, because one was more of a chili taste. We left pretty full and satisfied and were happy to have stopped by.

However, the portion size is inconsistent--sometimes it's a large piece, other times noticeably smaller. Service is minimal, with the person behind the counter often on her phone and little interaction beyond bringing the food to the table. My biggest concern is cleanliness. Cutlery is stored upside down in wooden boxes on each table, but many tables are missing complete sets. The boxes are also dusty, and the cutlery can pick up visible dirt from them (see photo), which is not very appealing. With better attention to cleanliness, consistency, and customer service, the overall experience would improve considerably.

I got the combo - Hawaiian chicken + karaage requesting extra salad instead of rice, as well as a half order of loco moco. It's nice that there is half order as a lot of Hawaiian restaurants tend to be full orders so it is incredibly hard to try a variety of options if you're solo or in a small group. The Hawaiian chicken and karaage both are juicy and delicious. It's great that the combo is the same price as the standard individual options so I got to try more variety without paying extra. I looked at the reviews and opted to remove the rice and get extra salad which was a good move - their chop chop salad is very delicious with a nice balance of dressing, cheese, and ham. I still had some rice from the loco moco, which was sufficient for me. The loco moco is good - I wished the patty was a bit less tough but the gravy and egg make up for it. Overall, great value and great food. I'd be a regular if I didn't live so far from Kirkland (1 hr drive for food can be challenging in busy schedules)
