I love 5 guys! The burgers are awesome and the fries are awesome! Customer service is great and it doesn't take long to get your food.

This is probably the smallest of all 5 Guys stores I have been to. I usually do take-out from this location. The staff is very friendly and the wait is usually not more than 15 minutes or so. You do have the option of calling in your order before heading over. The burgers are a little greasy, but have lots of flavor. I love all the options they have for toppings. Although I like SmashBurger a lot more than 5 guys, I do drop in occasionally whenever I crave a greasy cheeseburger topped with grilled onions and hot sauce :) read more

Food was good as normal but the environment horrible. The Place was freezing cold. I asked if they could turn it down and the just starred at me. Three different customers asked the as well. We ate quickly. Music was also way to loud to enjoy a conversation. read more

2 star rating came from the average of the 2 ways I've ordered. My dine-in experience was worthy of 4 stars. The food was hot, fresh, and tasted good. The toppings were well portioned and spread out, so I was able to enjoy them throughout the whole burger. The bun was soft and fresh. My pick up order experience was 0 stars. They cook the fries when you arrive to pick up your order. This seems like a nice thing to do, but it feeds into the biggest problem with their call ahead ordering system. The burgers are wrapped so tight in aluminum foil with no way for the steam to vent out. This resulted in my burger being a pile of beef surround in mushy, greasy paste that used to be a bun and toppings by the time I got back (about 5 minutes). Bottom line: good place to go if you plan on dining in, but downright terrible if you are picking up a burger to take back home or to work. read more

Way overpriced (Twelve dollars for burger and fries?) and not worth it. I really despise the restaurant model where you have to tell the servers exactly how you want your food cooked. If I wanted to do that, I would just stay home and cook it myself. The fries are horribly oily as well, and they give you a big cupful of them. Thanks, but no thanks. There are better burger joints around, although (revealing my bias), I'm from southern Cali and you really can't beat that for variety and quality. The initial assesment upon walking in was very good. The restaurant smelled of good grilled food. The cashier that took the order was very friendly. Food was prepared promptly and was cooked to order. The only negative we had was that the tables and floors were not clean. The overall experience was great, and we will return. read more

So one of my canadian friends told me to go and try you guys out (because apparently your big up there?)...so I took her advice and made the drive. Couple things going on here that got you only 3 stars. First of all making all menu items separate is just a way to nickel and dime and pisses people off. Give me a combo option here for less than 10 bucks please. One way you could probably accomplish this is instead of giving me half a 55 gallon trash bag full of fries give me a normal human being size order and make them less than $2.50. Also for all the hype I just felt that the burger was like many that I have had before. Not super duper but not bad. I definitely would recommend not advertising the "fry factor" so much because I would take Good Times or City Grilles fries over yours any day. Overall I wasn't totally disappointed about making the drive but I probably won't be making it again anytime soon. Best of luck to you! read more

I I was not impressed by this place. i had heard good things but i will not be going back. I ordered a hamburget with two patties and the meat did not have any taste and the bread did not hold the ingredients. The bread broke into pieces so i had to eat it with a fork. The price is too high for no flavor and soggy bread. The fries were good and my son had a hot dog and that was ok too. read more

Better than In and Out anyday! They cook everything fresh and the food is great. Large portions. A bit more pricey compared to other burger joints but it's well worth it. They also stuff your fries to the rim and beyond. Remember to check your bag for the loads of extra fries you get. You must eat here if you love burgers. read more

Very simple burger joint: you only have 4 options for meals: (1) Hamburger, (2) Cheeseburger, (3) Hamburger w/ Bacon, and (4) Cheeseburger w/ Bacon. My personal favorite is cheeseburger just because a burger with no cheese is just too plain for me. Basically, the burger patty just melts in your mouth because the meat is super soft (which means very fatty) but doesn't drip any grease from it. I've had burgers that had just grease dripping all over, but not the Five Guys. The patty itself is well-flavored as well. The fries are homemade fries that are both delicious and generous size (you can share an order of Large size with at least 3 people because we never can even finish regular size). The only downside of this place is the wait of about 8-10 minutes, depending on the wait line, however, since the burgers are made fresh and they come out pretty tasty, I think they are definitely worth the wait. read more

Coming from SoCal, I look for freshness in the ingredients, which Five Guys has, choice of many toppings, which Five Guys has, and passing the high quality fries tasty test, which Five Guys does. I usually love five guys but this was an exception. The person taking orders spoke little english and had to repeat 5 times, it was saturday at 1230 and only 3 tables. Waited a long time for cold greasy fries and a slimy berger that had to be eaten with a fork. The tomato was so thin you could read the paper thru it and the lettuce was old and rusty, they brag about the peanut oil for the fries but no one told them the need to change it out or the fries are just greasy and nasty. 22$ for 2 burgers one order of fries and 2 drinks is a lot for a fast food mess. Went to Five Guys for the first time. As I perused the menu, I noticed there aren't any combo meals. I ordered a hamburger, reg fries and a small drink. There are about 12 items you can get with your hamburger and all those items are free with the burger. I got my burger 'All The Way' which if I remember was Lettuce, Tomato, Mayo, Ketchup, Mustard, grilled onions, grilled mushrooms and pickles (I may have missed something). There are several more toppings you can get for free like BBQ sauce, bell peppers, etc. You'll have to check it out in person or check out the website or other Yelp postings for the full list since I can't remember. While waiting for my order (the place was packed), I watched them make the fries. They first blanch the fries and then put the fries in a queue where they sit until it's their turn to get fried. The cook puts them in the 345-7 degree oil and then pulls them up a couple of times or so to shake and loosen them up in prep for another dunking. Overall the fries weren't as crispy as I would have liked but I don't recall ever having real crispy fresh cut fries. Now, the burger, I'm not sure if it was a mistake but normal, but I got all the toppings I asked for and a double patty. No where on the menu did I see that a hamburger was a double. The hamburger patty itself didn't appear to have any additional flavoring but with all the toppings I got, the hamburger tasted great. IF you get your order to go and you get fries, prepare for a greasy bag. You may want to bring a towel in case you want to put the bag on the passenger seat or on you so you can eat the fries on the way home. One last thing, they have hot dogs, and they looked great. They toast the bun and cut the dog in half and carmalize it. They looked good. So, if you want a burger, fries and a soda, it'll cost around $10. read more
