The bag was still in good condition, but one of the leather shoulder strap attachments had broken and needed repairing so it could be used. Michael seemed confident that he could match the leather and get the job done. And right on schedule he did the repair perfectly! I could not even identify the attachment (out of four attachments) that had been broken. Michael is a genius with leather repairs and he had the handbag ready right on scheduled pick-up!
