This is a fairly small Target store as compared to most others. This of course means that it most likely doesn't stock as many products or brands as other larger locations. The staff has been quite helpful when I ask for help. I have shopped here about a dozen times and have always had good interactions with the staff. I scored an awesome deal on some clearance items which I am going to hold until the holidays and use as stocking stuffer gifts. I check the clearance end caps every time I go to any Target. You never know what you might find. :-) This Target is in an amazingly scenic location, right near the water at the northernmost part of Port Washington. It's a very scenic area to visit as a whole by the water. I plan on visiting several other stores and restaurants in the area when I return. The one thing I was not impressed with at this location was the customer service area. There was a line of about 7 people and only one single checkout / customer service person manning the entire department. So it was a bit of a wait to say the least. I did however, find the customer service person very courteous and helpful once it was my turn. This location also does not have a Pizza Hut / snack area or a Starbucks on site like most other locations do. So you will have to venture out into the local neighborhood to find that personal pizza and latte that you want. I look forward to returning to this location in the near future. Everyone is always helpful in the store. They always have everything I need the selection is great and when I put orders through I never have problems when I pick them up. The prices are great and I will continue shopping at this location. read more

This target is not the largest since it's considered an Express target however for our town it's perfect . It has everything anyone needs and best part it opens so early . They have the cutest clothes for the whole family , any house hold item I would need , toys , pet supplies and even a little grocery section in the back . It's fast , it's convenient and anyone who shops at target knows it's extremely affordable. Huge parking lot out front so that's never an issue . read more

Nice store but terrible customer service and management. Today there were many items in the refrigeration case that were expired. In a rush I grabbed turkey bacon which was expired. When I tried to call the store to speak about the expired item no one picked up the phone. After calling four times and trying both the guest relations department and food and beverage department...I gave up. Very sad that they care so little about their customers. read more

I love this location because no one shops here. Long trip up north but worth the scenic drive. They have the best inventory because no one shops here lol. Anything you can't get in stock or online or in the other stores you can get here ! Ideal for gifts. They also have lots of sizes for clothing. Unlike the other stores. I found my daughters Christmas gift here for less than the Online price. Do your homework. Check the online price, Cartwheel deals and in store. Be smart. Save money. I usually love this location, but after today's drive up order return I'll never be back. I went to return a cat litter box on Drive Up Return and this girl with black hair and braces was so nasty! She took the litter box and slammed my trunk shut and I didn't have the barcode to return on the item but I had a barcode on my phone and she was just so nasty so eventually she was like "JUST FORGET IT" and stormed off and walked away. It would seem having a Target in your local community would be a good thing. However, every time I need something and search online (or at store) for an item, recurrently it's out of stock or not available. For a rather huge store, they seem to never have the items I'm looking for. TBH, I wish they would bring back the old Bay Bowl bowling alley. read more

Clean and accessible. It may not be the biggest target but they have 90% of what you need from Target (or you can ship it there). Large parking lot with tons of spaces because it's not a frequented plaza (random stores in there). The staff is really friendly. Side note: they have an electric scooter for handicap and it's really helpful (I am currently on crutches) Great finds and relaxing target experience vs the chaos of others. read more

Just called them three times. The phone rang and rang and rang and rang ... two times someone actually disconnected it while it was ringing! Man, this is bad service. I was checking out this morning and one of the workers, an older man was starring at me and making me extremely uncomfortable. My entire family comes into the store I would hate for my daughter to have the same experience with a grown man starring at her. Please do something about this! I love this store it's my to run to store instead of going into a busy supermarket. I can find most things I need for a meal or if I need any baby supplies. However always disappointed when it come to finding my printers ink they have a whole section for them and it's always empty. Also my son is into legos that section has been empty for weeks. I don't understand if they have the space for items why not have them. Especially ink kids are remote learning. read more

I originally went to Target to buy a bike for my daughter. Turns out that this location is a MUCH smaller one that does not carry half the things a typical Target carries. Think of it as a convenience store. Customer service can be better. However, the store is clean and looks fairly new. It is definitely more organized than others. read more

This store needs to get their return department in order!!!!! Get someone to go and repair your computers or whatever has to be done, because your system is not up to par. Reviewing a Target is pretty silly since they're all more or less the same. Having said that, I was treated very well during my last visit to this one by the kid at the checkout counter. When I told him I didn't have the app, he politely asked the lady behind me in line if he could use hers to apply the discount to my purchase--saving me money, and costing her none. The people giving this store one star or less is insane! This has been by far the best thing that has happened to this town in years. Literally living 5 min away from this target makes everything so convenient and pleasant. Before I had to drive 25-30 min to go to Target in Westbury which was the closest one and made it frustrating to drive that far. So again the people complaining about the returns and technical difficulties this store is having is just being ridiculous and extra annoying. read more

Almost lost my sh!t in there waiting for them to figure out how to use their tech. They were unable to use my target gift card and my target red card in the same transaction off my ewallet. Waited for 30 mins for the mgr to finally come over and override everything bc they don't have their people trained or their tech working. Come the heck on, its 2018. read more

today when I was shopping I noticed some disturbing things about this Target during this pandemic: 1. There is no hand sanitizer available upon entry or exit 2. While aisles do have directional one way only signs, neither customers OR employees are observing them. 3. I saw 2 employees not wearing masks 4. The stock carts are blocking many aisles, leading to cramped or crowded aisles. 5. There is no one enforcing a mandatory mask rule in this store. read more

I like that this store isn't crowded . Though I brought protein bars and air fresheners . Came home and they were dated two months expired. Had to go to another target to return and exchange . This store should check their shelves and get rid of expired stuff . read more

I like the store for it's cleanliness and friendly service. It's nice to have a Target close by, although I find their items limited. Having to get in line and pay was a bit disorganized when they first opened in October but they seem to have worked out the kinks. This store is clean and has what you need, but the prices are higher than Westbury. You have to know the products you're buying and ask them to price match. Some items like dogs bones and pet toys are five bucks higher than Westbury. However, Westbury is too crowded since the renovation and I find it dirty and difficult to find anything in the narrow aisles. I hate the self checkout in Port Washington. Yes there are juveniles there that just stare at you when you need help. It's ok if you have to buy just a few items. Plenty of room in the parking lot. read more

Cashier who I checked out with this afternoon is so lazy she didnt want to take the extra effort to extend her arms to grab the items I was purchasing. I know I live in a zip code with one of the highest median income in the country, but do we have to be way overcharged for everything that is sold cheaper in Target locations a few miles away. I feel completely insulted by this company philosophy. Also, I live in port and have frequented this location many times. I have noticed some the prices listed on the shelf are different from the prices charged on the receipt, especially if discounted. I do not have the time or patients to have to scrutinize every price nor should I have to, which always gives me a feeling of being ripped off. Target, you lost a customer! read more

Store is a little expensive, but very convenient. Only about a 10 minute walk from my house and even shorter drive.

I went here and the service was very friendly, so much in stock! And amazing products! Loved it!:)
