Artifactory has a truly unique selection of very reasonably priced items I am unlikely to find anywhere else and the owners make you feel extra-special because they remember the little details, your likes and dislikes. They have a beautifully curated collection--a blend of local and non-local items--old and new, practical and quirky, unique and creative. My spirits are lifted when I walk through the door. I feel a bit like a I did as a child looking through a favorite relative's hope chest or exploring all of the treasures in my grandmother's home imagining what my home would look like when I got big. Nostalgia and possibilities comingle. Most of the booths are so overstuffed with inventory and displays that you can't even get in them to shop if you fall into one of these categories. I would previously take my wheelchair bound mom to the old location and while sometimes it was a tight squeeze, she was mostly able to browse and shop easily and she spent quite a bit of money there. We were disappointed to find that the set up in the new store made shopping impossible for her. We unfortunately won't be able to come back unless something changes.
