I shut out the tiny Dave Ramsey that's been following me around since I saw the holiday damages and went straight for the racks! The woman working had to have been the owner because she was so attentive; she offered to start me a fitting room when I picked up my very first item. A few of my favorite pieces are from here, including an Eisley LBD from several years ago - I think I paid $50 for and have worn at least 50 times! They have a ton of great stuff right now: maxi dresses, Thunder tees, lots of fun chevron, scarves, dresses, etc. I found a sheer purple blouse that I can wear now with a jacket but all spring and summer too! I decided to wear it out, so they rang me up quickly and we visited for a few minutes. It's a treat to shop somewhere with people that will visit with you and make you feel like they're happy to have you in the store. So many places treat you like you're a burden, especially if you're not just seeing how much money you can spend. Upon walking in the door I was greeted with several friendly faces and asked if I need help throughout my visit. All of the clothes and shoes were lined up nicely and organized by size and color which I always love when places do this. I've always been a big fan of Louis Vuitton and I noticed that they sell pre-owned Louis Vuitton for a fraction of the cost so that is why I stopped in plus not to mention it is conveniently located in the shops where TJ Maxx target are. Everything was priced very reasonable I thought an overall this is a great preowned store but I would probably classify it for mainly 20-year-olds.

I went to college in Norman and have shopped here many times over the years. I recently purchased a…read moresweater to wear on game day when the weather became colder than anticipated and wore it for four hours before realizing the seam on the sleeve had come apart from my wrist to elbow. Because I had no other clothes to change into I kept the sweater on throughout the game and by the end of the game the other sleeve had come apart in exactly the same spot AND the seam on the shoulder had come apart as well. When I brought the sweater in the next morning with a receipt showing I had purchased it the day before and showed the girl how it had fallen apart they told me nothing could be done since it had been worn. I offered to exchange for a different piece of clothing and was told that was not an option either. In my opinion this is no way to treat a customer and shows that they are not at all concerned with the quality of clothing they are selling in their store. I will not shop here again and will advise my friends not to as well.

It's the Thursday before OU TX, and they closed at 4, they're not supposed to close until 6. Groups…read moreof 10-15 people waiting outside for the store to reopen, because the sign says "Be back in 5 min!" People have been waiting since 4 for the store to reopen but whoever was on shift decided to close early. This is unacceptable, if you're going to close early against hours, you should not have been scheduled to be working. If you had an emergency or personal issue, there should've been another sign posted on the door. Or at least call someone else to cover your shift, or even put on the door, "Sorry closed early!" Don't have people waiting for service that you're not going to provide. It's the week of the big game, don't you think you would get business from college girls wanting to buy clothes to wear for OU TX? This issue needs to be fixed, either fix hours online and on the door, or stay open when you're supposed to be open. And I get it workers need food, breaks, or a minute to relax, but don't close the store early just because you want to cut your shift short by two hours. That's just wrong and unethical. You're hurting businesses instead of influencing and pushing your business name out there.
