She is mean, hard to deal with, and evasive when you ask her questions. Employees could be heard whispering disdain for her. She throws her weight on top of people and acts like her job is indispensable. I will not be shopping at this store anymore as she gives JCPenney a bad name. When you treat your employees and customers the same way, there's a problem with your management.
