I came in to consolidate some moves during errands; I'd purchased some things at a Burlington in South Florida while traveling for work and found myself in need of an exchange and a small oye chase for my niece. When I first walked in I was greeted by Christina at the front who directed me to where I wanted to go and that was great because it was a friendly greeting and helped save me time so I wouldn't wander around all lost. I found what I was looking for and honestly at a price point well Below what I anticipated, by about $20. Now I'm Not saying that's a fortune, but you multiple that by 4 and suddenly you're spending $80 less than anticipated. The store itself was well lit, super clean and smelled great. Everything was hung neatly and there were no messes mid aisles. That's promising right off the bat and left a great impression. I went back to the front and lo and behold I was helped once again by Christina. Incredibly kind and patient while I made my Exchanges and personable and professional. Pro Tip: if you add yourself as. Rewards member either your email And phone number it helps pull up purchases in case you need to make exchanges in the future. All in all I was treated VERY well and had a great customer service experience I'm thankful to Burlington and to Christina
