Today was a semi-free day for me, and I wanted to get a polo shirt and a couple of pairs of jeans for the summer. They actually have a clearance seal for the jeans, but unfortunately not for the Polo shirts, as those are virtually never on sale. Finding someone to help me wasn't the easiest, but I was able to find the right size that I needed for the shirt anyway. The escalator to get down to the men's section was also out of service which made me look for an alternative to get to the lower level. It was all good though, I found the clothing items that I was looking for without much fuss.

This review is for the Kohl's Amazon Return Drop…read more The return area is located in the back, right corner of the Kohl's store. There is usually no line when I visit in the morning, which was the case today (04.10.25). I would suggest going early as I have waited up to 20 mins when visiting in the late afternoon and evenings. This is likely due to there being only one person staffing the return area. My items have always been bagged, labeled and placed in a box alongside other returns. Compared to other return drops, I find that I receive notice from Amazon sooner when using this Kohl's location. Improvements could be made to the organization of the area. It's cluttered and lacks an apparent organizational flow. I have not, however, had any returns go missing or unaccounted for. I'll continue to use this location when convenient.

Walmart you need to empower your employees walking the floor around sections that have locked up merchandise to be able to access the merchandise - it shouldn't take 4 people to get help, and that 4th person came back with a phone to unlock the glass via RFID app. Then! For whatever reason my card chip doesn't work straight away and it takes 5 tries and 2 different cards to be able to work, I know full well my tap feature works fine, I don't know why my chip struggles but I hate it when I'm at Walmart and their card readers don't have tap to pay :( like I said, bad experience

I try to keep an eye on sales. They also have free gifts with purchases on cosmetics at times. They keep it clean. I have seen some items tampered and stolen in the jewelry department. Cosmetics and perfume areas are nicely displayed and offer samples. Popular items there are bought immediately and scarce there like the seasonal Estée Lauder blockbuster gift. They only had 500 that year. By the time I went to purchase it, they were all gone. I ended up buying it elsewhere for a higher price. My favorite items to buy here are the nail products for manicures, maintenance, and to save money from going to nail salon. If I can purchase the same items at the PX from the commissary, I buy from the commissary. The prices tend to be cheaper there yet there are less options at the commissary for cosmetics and beauty. Sometimes, the prices are too expensive, so I opt for places with the same products at lower prices with the same quality. For example, you can buy bleach and a pack of stationary cards for only $1.25 at Dollar Tree with the same quality as the higher priced PX products. Customer service has ranged from good to excellent. It has mostly self service to purchase items. Coupons for items, returns, and some discounted items are rung up by sales people - the lines can be slow for this. Overall, I like the PX and have little complaints. It is clean and convenient.
