First, it was not 1:30 yet (my phone showed 1:28), and second you should take care of those waiting before you close for lunch. I pointed out to her that I had been waiting in line for half an hour. She just repeated her statement and left. I pulled around, went inside to speak with the manager about the poor customer service I just received. There was nobody at the front of the store. Ended up having to go to the photo center. The only person who had good customer service apologized and went to get a manager. She came back with a man who I am not sure was the manager since his tag only had a name. No help on his part either, as he just said they go to lunch at 1:30 and they had no control over the pharmacy. I asked how he would feel if he waited in line for half an hour and had that happen. He responded he would probably be mad too. I asked if there was someone above him I could speak with. He gave me the 1800 Walgreens number. I called the number and was placed on hold by the automated system. After waiting for 50 minutes to speak with someone it disconnected my call. Been a customer at this location since it opened. This is not the first time I have received this low level of customer service at this location, but this will be the last time as I will take my business elsewhere. Doubt Walgreens even cares since this is the level of customer service they seem to be OK with. Just terrible at every level.
