Five Below is always a fun place to shop! The store was clean, well-organized, and easy to navigate. They had a great candy selection along with so many fun pool and summer items that made it hard to leave without finding something exciting. What really made our visit stand out was the outstanding customer service. Jizelle was incredibly friendly, welcoming, and helpful. She went above and beyond to assist us and made the whole experience enjoyable from start to finish. A clean store, great selection, and exceptional customer service--what more could you ask for? First visit to this particular location of Five Below. Things were pretty organized inside the store. There were a good variety of inventory that were interesting. Found a whole lot of candies, snacks, electronic items such as phone cases, phone chargers, earphones, Mobile Phone car holders, speakers, etc. Saw a lot of books, toys, sporting goods (limited), clothing items, accessories and more stuff. Liked browsing around, although some aisles were very tight to walk through, especially if there were others in the same aisle. The Checkout process was good, there was a Self Checkout option as well. Had to wait in line since there were lots of people in the store, but it was a reasonable wait. read more

We absolutely love this store! The staff is super friendly. The store is very clean. They have all kinds of fun T-shirts you can grab and just little things that you probably don't need but see it and want it. It's just a fun discount store and their seasonal items are pretty helpful. read more

Okay so I have a love and hate relationship with Five and Below. There are a few items that are good deals but most of the items here you could buy at the Dollar Store or at Walmart. The incense are a good deal at 4/$1 and they have some fake plants and decor pieces but the other stuff is mostly junk and stocking stuffers. read more

I don't get it. I usually don't go to these types of stores but I knew there was a dollar store in this shopping center that had a particular item I needed for a party. I ended up in this store by accident - the $5 store??. I wandered through it and I guess if you are looking for a toy to occupy a child for a day this might be the spot for you. After a terrible experience at another store in the same shopping center, I was overjoyed by the cheerful young gentleman (employee) smiling brightly and greeting everyone he passed. This was such a breath of fresh air after the solemn morning I was having. This young man truly lifted my spirits. I also found some great last minute gifts for my kids and although the store was quite busy everything was still nice and neat. Thank you FiveBelow! I thought the new increased pricing of goods would be a bummer but the quality of your higher priced items is actually spot on with the price. Five Below is just the right place to find kooky items perfect for Christmas fun. I was even able to find colorful covers for my Blackberry - now I can find the darn thing in my purse easier - neon green and purple! It is really a mish mash of all sorts of things from wrapping paper to fingernail polish to toys and books to college themed items and of course any seasonal trinket and decoration possible. A fun place, especially when you have the kids with you!! This year we even found the perfect Santa hat for Molly - our dog!! read more

Five Below is like the Chanel of dollar stores. Like, a regular Dollar Tree would be a Sears, or something. I love going into this store, because they have the biggest selection of the most random items you'll ever see. And a lot of fun seasonal items too. They have lots of random trinkets, and since I'll be a teacher soon, I will definitely be going there to buy some fun little things for my classroom...stuffed animals, books, games, etc. They also have lots of candy and snacks too. I love this store perfect place to get those fun do dads for Christmas..they truly have a cool mix of items..the staff is super friendly and really nice. They have an awesome selection and you can always find something..also great place to go for teens my niece and son are hard to buy for. Great place for the whacky gag gifts. They also carry little things that make you laugh and otherwise wouldn't give a second look.
