I am a big fan of Kohl's. The racks are always neat even when they are slammed with holiday…read moreshoppers. If I need help finding something I can always find an associate to lead me in the right direction. The clothes, makeup and jewelry, while not super high end, are great quality and fantastic value. I have never paid full price for anything while shopping here. They seem to always be running great sales and frequently mail or give out coupons. You can find me perusing the makeup department (obviously) and the jewelry department on any given day here. The clearance racks are legit, too. I bought 5 tank tops that were regularly $20 for $2 just the other night. Yep. What would have been $100 cost me $10. Needless to say I left very happy but a little guilty feeling like I stole them! You can't beat that bargain. Free wifi (Kohls guest) is available here and they are open 24 hours a day right now. Hopefully that will continue after the holidays, too. Hey, a girl can dream right?

For those that don't shop at Kohl's I'll try to give you an idea of what to expect…read more They have a good selection of kids, teens, men's and women's clothing. They also have a nice selection of shoes but not huge like a dedicated shoes store but certainly enough to find something for most everyone. However, if you are looking for specialty shoes such as baseball cleats, hiking boots or something like that you won't find much selection here. The clothes are moderately priced name brands that fit the niche between going to Dillard's which is on the higher end and Walmart which would be the lower end. We have 5 kids who don't want Walmart clothes and we can afford to buy them all clothes from Dillard's so we've found that Kohl's has a great selection to fit that gap. We've purchased suits and dresses for school dances too and they were all fashionable and reasonably priced. This particular store is usually well organized and the time or two we've asked for help they always been pleasant and helpful. Enjoy!

On Friday, October 31. 2025 at approximately 7:00pm, I went to Burlington. I found a accent rug…read morethat I thought would match my sofa and fit in my living room. So, around 7:20pm, two team members and myself remove the rug from the bin. Then the rug was brought to the cashier. The cashier at register 5 (Iyonna) reach over an scanned the rug (6x9) $99.99 and with taxes $108.99. After checking out, the loss prevention staff (black guy) help me load the rug in my truck. This evening, Saturday, November 1, 2025, when unrolled the rug to see how it would fit in my living area, I noticed the rug was much larger than I thought and realized it was an 8x10 rug, but my receipt said 6x9. So, I rolled and tapped the rug. I panicked when I thought I couldn't find the image of the rug with the bar code, I called the store to see if the loss prevention staff found it in the parking lot and turned it in, but I found it, hang up, and decided to bring the rug back. Upon arrival, I said I was here to return the rug, a different loss prevention staff, with a mefical boot on his leg, help me put the rug on top of the basket. The loss prevention staff said for me to get in line, and when it was my turn, he would bring it to the cashier. A short while later a Black staff member approaches me and says that I could not get a refund to the debit card I used on October 31,2025, to purchase the rug because my receipt said 6x9 rug, but I was returning an 8x10 rug. So. I told the Black team member about two members from Burlington and myself retrieving the rug, the rug being brought to the cashier, the cashier leaning over to scan it, and a loss prevention staff assisting me with loading the rug in my truck, but the Black team member's mind was already made up. She didn't even bother to pull me to the side and ask me why I was returning the rug. So, I asked her if surveillance can be viewed for confirmation. She said it could not be viewed and said I could call the store manager in Lafayette name KIM and wrote it on my receipt and requested I leave with the rug in case I am not allowed to return it. I was so embarrassed that I felt like a criminal. With that said, It is not what you say, it how you say it and where. I will never forget how this Black team member made me feel. I hoping that someone from the corporate office pull and view surveillance for conformation that I attempted to return the same rug I purchased the previous day.

They deserve 0 stars. Back in 2021 I was wrongfully terminated and completely lied on after giving…read moreamazing service to customers and never being in any drama or trouble at work. I stand up for myself, and I am fired instead of them taking accountability for being stalked and harrassed by the shoe department manager (whom was NOT my manager I worked for). I thought my manager would take up for me but she DID NOT & sided with the other manager of course. Also, upon them firing me, they still to THIS VERY DAY owe me $200 of commission that I EARNED. I called for 2 weeks after the termination and they refused to issue me the money that I made. Faster forward to this year, I was told about a job opening at Bobbi Brown. I was in contact with Christine for about a week!!! She told me she would look to see if I'm re-hire able, but I got no response. So I called her back just to follow up, I got on the phone with her & I stated my name, SHE HUNG UP IN MY FACE. Instead of letting me know that unfortunately I wasn't able to get re-hired, she took it upon herself to be unprofessional. I DO NOT recommend anyone who has values, morals & principals to apply here. Save yourself the trouble of dealing with unprofessional higher-ups, wrongful treatment of employees, constant drama, and devaluing people who do not care about your best interest or well being. HORRIBLE MANAGEMENT.
