The cashier signed us up for their discount card and said our next purchase we would get 15% off. So on our next trip back. The young man John took the time to help us find what we wanted and got us taken care of. Unfortunately I thought the discount was automatic and it wasn't. So we had went up the 3 days later because they were supposed to get a truck of rugs. So on that trip we bought back the receipt and they were able to give us the 15% off. So it wasn't a total waste of a trip. Because the truck didn't come till Friday. So we went up on Friday and John was so amazing and patient with us. I had lots of questions and John never once made me feel like I was a bother to him. This is the best customer service I have ever had. I would absolutely recommend if you need flooring.
