It is located on the second floor where Lord and Taylor was once located, and above the soon to open Primark store on the first floor. Dick's Warehouse offers reductions up to 70% and has new weekly markdowns. It is a huge space with lots and lots of merchandise. Most, but not all of it, appeared to be wearing apparel. My wife got a good deal on a pair of sandals.

There is an uneven balance to this mall... there's an area where it looks updated. Then other spots... just feels old and icky. The food court is not very appealing. The bathrooms are not very clean. That's just the look and feel, aesthetically very old mall. I wouldn't be able to tell about service bc I hardly saw anyone with uniform that looks like they work for the mall operations. As for shops, there are quite a few decent stores - Zara, H&M, Victoria Secrets, Primack, REI, very typical mall brands. If you ever need something, outfit for something, hit this mall up. The restaurants are great and the theater is huge. While the birthday bear was cheap... as long as you didn't purchase lots of clothes or other accessories... it turns out our son wanted a different bear. Perhaps that is part of their plan. Regardless, we were helped by a very friendly staff member who made sure to fluff up the bear to just the level my son wanted. In fact, my son seemed content with just the bear "skin" empty, but that wouldn't do. We didn't buy any accessories during our visit but several looked nice and we might be back. This place isn't cheap, but it was fun for a while. Sadly, they didn't have any Build-a-Basset hounds or I might have left with a new best friend too!
