However. The current leadership is unfortunate, inexperienced, and unprofessional. The Director and Assistant Directors were unsupportive of my family directly and were very manipulative and two-faced in how they handled the situation with us personally. They threw other staff under the bus when confronted about mishandling the situation. I have since heard stories that are of concern about how they are conducting things that seem to only reiterate poor leadership and compelled me to write this review. I don't trust the current leadership, the high tuition rate that they keep raising, the consistent billing issues, the lack of support for the teachers and any students that aren't following "marching orders". They don't want to be bothered with handling kids who need more care or support.

After our previous daycare unexpectedly closed at the end of 2025, we found ourselves scrambling to find care for our two children. The leadership team at Primrose stepped in during a very stressful time and made all the difference. They were able to immediately provide a preschool spot for our 4-year-old and stayed in close communication with us as we waited for an opening for our younger child, who started in the Young Toddler classroom in May. We felt supported every step of the way, and the transition was far smoother than we ever could have expected. Our older son absolutely loves his Preschool 3 teacher, Ms. Keshet. She is thoughtful, caring, passionate, fun-loving, and personable -- exactly the kind of teacher every parent hopes their child will have. She creates a warm, intentional classroom community while helping the children learn and grow every day. As a teacher myself, I cannot speak highly enough of her dedication and child-centered approach. She genuinely knows and cares about each child, and our son is excited to go to school every day because of the environment she has created. We also adore our younger son's teachers, Ms. Jay and Ms. Caspian. They welcomed our family with open arms and have been incredibly thoughtful and attentive. Our son was born prematurely and receives physical therapy through Early Intervention. Ms. Jay and Ms. Caspian have gone above and beyond by incorporating his exercises into his daily routine and partnering with us to support his development. They are always receptive to our questions and to recommendations from his pediatrician and therapists. Their care, flexibility, and commitment have given us tremendous peace of mind. We feel so fortunate to have found Primrose School at Colorado Station. Our children are happy, loved, and thriving, and we are deeply grateful to the administrators and teachers who have made that possible. We highly recommend this school to any family looking for a caring, supportive, and truly child-centered environment.

They overbook their classes and force parents into a Sunday night "online race" at 6:30 PM. If you aren't one of the first 10 people to click a button, you are TRASHED and denied admission via a cold notification on a Sunday night--less than 24 hours before UPK applications were due. ​They left us stranded with no plan, no empathy, and a simple "sorry." To them, your family's emotional and financial stability is collateral damage for their lazy, selfish management style. ​Don't be a victim of their incompetence. They're also great resources to us new parents, with helpful, gentle suggestions when my husband and I ask for them. I can't speak for the older kids' rooms, but I do see how much Ms. Sabah and Mr. Nasir, the director and assistant director, seem to know every child who walks in the door and how they greet them with a smile. We were originally told by the director--in writing--that we only owed for two weeks of care since our children did not attend the full month. However, the director later revoked this agreement and demanded payment for the entire month. The situation escalated when they sued us in small claims court for $4,200 (two months of pay). This included a month we had already paid for, but they claimed they "lost" the check--despite the fact that they had previously given us a receipt for it. She then held up the "lost" check during our mediation. We ultimately settled in mediation for $1326 plus the amount of the check that wasn't cashed, because we have ALWAYS been willing to pay for the care received and the two-week period we agreed upon. It is incredibly stressful to be sued before a business even attempts to resolve a clerical error on their end. Save yourself the headache and find a center that keeps better track of their files and values their relationship with parents.

No. No. Where are you going? You're not allowed to play because you're too tired and so I sat there for almost 2 hours. Maybe even three just sitting there halfway through. She asked if I wanted to play, and I said no on accident so I was like wait. Actually, yes I do but she ignored me. Even when I called out her name. According to my dad. Every time I was dropped off. She rolled her eyes and gave my dad a glare, and after she had ignored me, she started laughing with her coworkers, like nothing happened. The other teachers were nice. I think there is one other lady that didn't like me, but she didn't actually talk to me at all. But yeah, they were just laughing at me. This school was amazing to go to. It would be way better if they had better staff choices. I went to that school 2016 through 2018. I had this one friend that I don't know what happened to. We used to always stay up during naptime because we weren't tired and make funny faces at each other. I had this friend named Sammy.
