This dealership is great especially the service department. The staff are very friendly, and attentive to your every need. They are pretty fast with servicing my car. I never have to wait longer than 2 days for my car to be serviced. They always seem to have loaners available when needed. And the loaners they give out are always in great condition. I have been to other Mercedes dealerships in the area and the service at Euro Motorcars is unmatched. I love my Mercedes, but because it's an older diesel model (GLK 250 BlueTec), some dealership…read moreservice departments can be a bit predatory--trying to subtly push me into buying a new vehicle. The team at Euro Motorcars in Germantown, however, provided outstanding service without ever making me feel bad for loving my older car. That commitment was put to the ultimate test with a persistent, tricky check-engine light. I had brought the car in for the same issue over an extended period, and the initial fixes just weren't resolving it. When I brought this frustration to their attention, they didn't treat me like a difficult customer. Instead, they simply doubled down on making it right. They kept my vehicle--and kept me in a brand-new loaner--until the issue was fully resolved. It took several months, including a master service call directly to German engineers. Throughout the entire process, communication was stellar. I received regular updates, had a long, reassuring conversation with the Service Director, and was even invited to talk through the mechanics directly with the technician working on my car. Because the diagnosis was so complex, they made some initial missteps--and rather than passing those costs on to me, they absorbed them entirely. It is rare for a business to take a frustrating situation and turn it into a genuinely positive experience. Hats off to the service team at Euro Motorcars for living up to the Mercedes ideals of quality, craftsmanship, and integrity.

I purchased a Levante from these guys. Their prices are very fair if you understand the Maserati…read moremarket. This is a niche product so dont expect the massive resources that are behind Mercedes, BMW or Audi dealers. Maserati is something very special but requires a certain amount of patience and open-mindedness to truly enjoy their product. Several other posters here appear to be disappointed because their expectations were not appropriate for a small production, small sales numbers product. Further research might have provided a more realistic understanding of the brand and its products. For my part, I have had my Levante Granlusso for 5 years since new, with no issues and just regular maintenance. It came fully loaded with all the bells and whistles including supple real leather - most mercedes have fake leather, and a turbocharged V6 which sounds deep and sonorous. Some people complain it doesn't have various things but mine does - it's up to the customer to do their research. These guys only sell a small number of these cars, so it's unfair to expect your salesperson to be an expert in all the details of every model. They are not selling ten of those cars a day. You should really go in knowing more about the specifics of what you want than they do. As for service, they don't have a fleet of loaners available and given the small sales its not really reasonable to expect that. Ferrari dealers dont have a fleet of loaners either - check out Ferrari of Washington if you don't believe me. I think one time they gave me a ride home in a Ford F-150. Getting service if you live some distance away can be a challenge and expect about 24 hours realistically. Thinking they will return your car in an hour isn't realistic. Also service is expensive, partly because its a niche business and the parts are not cheap. Altogether Criswell do a great job in the Maserati space compared to other Maserati dealers and I have dealt with several other dealers, including in Sterling, Tysons, Greenwich, Long Island and Manhattan, so I speak from experience. In my opinion most of the one star reviews on here do not appear merited based on the nature of the complaint expressed. James R.
