My favorite classes are the restore classes; you get a a deep stretch at a nice slow place. I would recommend restore if you are a person that works out consistently or if you feel like your body is tight. Some classes are heated if not all so definitely recommend bringing cold water to cool you down. If you're new to hot yoga I actually think this studio is one of the better ones it's not overwhelming hot so don't stress about it! The studio is very cute it is very clean and the music choice is great. I love attending Sam's classes she is fantastic and you can tell she loves what she does and wants to help. But I haven't had any complaints about any other instructors either. I absolutely love it here, I can see myself in the studio for a very long time. I look forward to taking my weekly yoga classes

From the start, it was clear that organization, communication and client satisfaction is not their strong suit nor something they care about. Customer care also seemed non-existent. When I had a concern, I was told that I was the problem, and my feedback was brushed off. It felt like my comfort and well-being were not a priority at all. I hope they take steps to improve their service and client relations, as the potential for a great studio is definitely there.

Every workout is different. So you're not doing the same things over & over. If you're not able to do some of the protocals, they give you a more moderate way so you can. There are people of ALL ages, ALL sizes, ALL ability levels so their protocals are truly for ANYONE who wants to get in shape, have fun & become part of a wonderful community! Their trainers are exceptional and really care about helping everyone achieve their goals. It's personal training in a group setting. I am so happy that I made the decision to get in shape and I'm ever happier that I found Burn Boot Camp in Libbie Mill (Midtown). There is no place like it! I arrived early to check in and get a sense of the layout of this gym - they're all so different, but I was pleased to see this space was a decent size (much bigger than the postage stamp sized F45 I regularly go to). Plus it's in a shopping plaza with a ton of free parking. I was able to get in my regular Saturday workout, with the same level of great coaching I am used to. I especially loved the industrial sized fans scattered throughout the space. Definitely recommend this F45!

I love that you can get a workout in and get on with your day in only 45 minutes. Monday, Wednesday, Friday are cardio, Tuesday, Thursday, Sunday are strength, and Saturday is a 1 hour hybrid workout. There's so much diversity in the workouts you never get bored. The trainers push me to my limits every class, it's great. F45 Dumbarton has truly become something I look forward to every day. If you're not sure, give it a try. I guarantee you'll love it.
