I find this to be the most convenient local gym of its kind. With an app based keyless entry and great customer service you really can't top the 24-7 gym experience local to mystic ct. However I would have liked to see more ownership/staffing presence for cleansing and maintenance purposes. A proper changing area would be an awesome addition as well. Some of the machines could use an overhaul or just straight up replacement. As a result I have not renewed this 2025 membership and in the process of remodeling my basement to workout from home. Lastly I wound have liked to see a month to month option included in 2025 memberships. I know I would have more than likely joined for the rest of the winter until my home set up is complete. I would recommend this gym for those of you looking for a very specific work out routine. Mainly the place to yourself before the birds come out! Happy workouts! Cheers to a happy healthy 2025

You'll receive feedback on form correctness throughout the workout to ensure you're doing the exercises safely and most effectively. It's a really great gym - you should definitely check it out if you haven't already! If you need guided workout classes like me, I highly recommend checking out Zoe's or Eric's spin classes and Xan's full body circuit classes.
