SO! I am here to fix that grievous error. Jeff is always very friendly, professional, extremely proficient and again there's literally just no need for me to use any other services. I love being able to give them a call, request their services, scheduling takes only a few moments, and then voila my carpets (and furniture on occasion) are back like new. Mind you, I have three little fur babies and light carpets and thanks to Complete Carpet Care my carpet looks, smells, and feels great! You can be the judge yourself though. Thank you guys a bunch for being a really reliable and professional service with beyond amazing customer service! Sorry it took so long to finally write a decent and accurate review because it's beyond long overdue. Also, when I was shopping around the prices are beyond fair and it's honestly why I'm able to even keep my carpets the way I do. Hands down you will NOT find better service for a better price there's just no way. I'll also go as far to say as I enjoy Complete Carpet Care's service so much that I wouldn't trade companies even for a lower price because you just can't beat consistent great customer service, reliability, and work quality. I did a little research of reviews for HVAC companies in Chesapeake and found Simmons had great ratings. I found quickly why they had 5-stars! My previous HVAC contractor had been out twice and I was left with, " you need a new thermostat" and left with a cold house. That's when I found Simmons. They were very responsive and were out within 8 hours. The technician was very polite, professional and explained everything about the system (since I was unfamiliar with a dual-fuel system). He identified the problem and made the necessary repairs quickly. Having had a great experience then, I put the system under contract with them. Since then they have not let me down. They have kept my system in excellent condition. This week I suddenly had an issue with heat. Called and had a technician here within 3 hours. He got the system working but the next day I had the same issue and on one of the coldest days the system was out again. I called after hours and within 15 minutes had a call back from the on-call tech who said he would be here in 20 minutes. He was. The problem was so minute, a loose connection, but trouble shooting that was a pain for him, but he found the problem within 15 minutes. Simmons is my only HVAC system contractor. I know the age of the existing system and understand it only has a few years left in it. I feel confident that Simmons will keep it running great and when the dreaded day comes, it will be Simmons technicians installing a new system.
