I was told that I'd get a call when they were ready and verified that. (I never expect that call) My flight departed at 7am Monday AM. The store closed Sat. with no call to me. I was frantic to get my clothes. I just spent about $600 on clothes to wear to a job interview and now I would have to spend again, but who is open on a Sunday? Fortunately, I was able to use some networking and persistence to get a hold of someone to help me get my clothes at 3pm on Sunday. That was close! Thanks to the CSR for responding to my many calls etc. And for being so nice. Like I said, I was happy with the work, shirts folded and plastic covered, pants clean and pressed. No problems there. Suggestion. Please use Fridays to tie-in with customers ensuring they have all their clothes prior to closing. Or create and monitor an after hours/weekend/emergency phone.
