I have to say I was very impressed....and a wee bit sore the next day (which does NOT happen with my regular pilates class). She is a very patient, knowledgeable and encouraging teacher. She strives to help you get good results, encourages you to push yourself (without hurting yourself) while offering insight to why we're doing the various exercises. I felt like I got amazing hands on experience and learned a number of new exercises--and I've been taking pilates for a few years. My only disappointment is that she's based in Austin and I'm not. I will be visiting Pilates by Katie though when In town again for sure!

During every workout, they tone your entire body and give you a great cardio workout. Check out their website. In addition to group classes, they also offer personal training sessions, which is how my boyfriend decided to get into shape. They welcome people of all fitness levels. They find ways to support those that are out of shape and challenge those that are in shape. I love these guys!

Oh my gosh, where do I start? I don't normally write reviews... I can't believe the change... I…read moredon't know where to start other than to say I'm just so utterly thankful for Tracy. Everyday I give thanks that her studio exists in our small corner of the world. Since March of 2021 I've made the 15min country drive to her studio 3 or 4 times a week (sometimes 5 if she'll let me). Naturally, I've benefited from some incredible physical and mental transformations -- I'm surprised on the daily. :) Beyond these benefits, I've developed such a fondness for Tracy's style of instruction and her thoughtful guidance along the way. For my own journey, I know I'm ready to commit to a weekly routine. There's this sort of unspoken understanding between Tracy and I that CP is now part of my life and will be until the end of days. I've shared with her my personal goals (balance, extension, core strength, pain management), and that ultimately I'm looking to arrive at my "honest self" each and every day. Every bit of who Tracy is and what she brings to our beloved community is all about that. She's invested in you and here to assist in you reaching your goals. She's an incredible Master Instructor and I look forward to each and every session I attend. Her tales of training under Romana are an absolute delight. She honestly deserves SO MUCH MORE than words in a review. She'll change your life if you give her the time and it's worth every dime. PS: I've spent more than hour crafting this review (it simply means that much to me). I hope I've done her justice.
