I decided to use the three day pass I got online and give this gym a try since it was convenient to my home. This would be my first time taking my 1 yr old to anyone other than my mom and dad. The gym is nice and open, lots of space and the equipment is new. They have a number of good classes, so I was excited to get back in the gym. I went to the double step class, arrived a little late and I couldn't keep up, everyone in there seemed to have knew the routine, I was just lost and the instructor offered no instructions and didn't offer to help those of us who were struggling. I left the class and looked in on my son, he was standing near the door, clearly ready to go. He wasn't crying so, I continued my workout. Fast forward, it is down to three children left in the classroom, and two staff members. I looked in and there is a little boy swinging my son around trying to take a toy from him. The two staff members, Lanette and Ms. Tina were just sitting there until they saw me walk up and by that time my son was on the ground! I couldn't open the door to get in because the door was locked. I was furious not because the little kid clearly needs lessons in sharing, but because they staff did not intervene. I informed Lanette when I dropped my son off that he does not go to daycare and I was concerned how he would interact with the other children, he did well, it was the other kids who were mean to him. Needless to say I am extremely disappointed and will not be returning. Neither of the ladies even apologized for their lack of supervision. I do not recommend their childcare for your younger children who can't speak up for themselves. read more
