I enlisted in Olympia's 12 week program with a focus on specific goals that I wanted to accomplish to help improve my core strength, hip mobility with Mike Lefebvre. Mike customized a program that has tremendously improved all my goals, increased my strength and given me more yards on my goal swing (my true goal). Always followed up with ongoing communication (great accountability here) and was very flexible if I had to change my schedule. The entire staff are extremely knowledgeable, outgoing and professional. The gym is very clean and well organized. I highly recommend looking into a program with Olympia Fitness if you're looking for a fitness accountability coach and are serious about change - this place nailed it!

I totally recommend Jeff and the staff at Fitness Adventure to anyone looking to get motivation and personal attention toward becoming a fitness guru.

What I do know is that it feels good when I move my body in a healthy way. And there is no better place to do that than at Body Soul Personal Training. Eddie Fleury has been my Body Soul personal trainer since February, and it helps to have someone in my corner. I wasn't sure I'd like having a personal trainer. It seemed like a luxury, and I often wondered if I could afford it, if I was worth it, or if I'd see any progress. Today I can say without a doubt that this is the best gift I could have given to myself. I have developed an incredible rapport and trust with Eddie. We work as a team. Each session, Eddie gently adds something new to increase the duration or intensity. So gradually I am building upon what I did the week before. He calls them "progressions." The empirical data show that I have lost weight, inches and body fat; I have gained strength, endurance and flexibility. What is critical, however, is that I have gained more confidence, which cannot be measured with scales and charts. My skin is glowing, my clothes fit better, I am standing taller and I am setting a good example for my family. I am at peace with my body, my age, my abilities, my strengths and my life. Becoming the best version of myself: Strong. Confident. Secure. Powerful. Hopeful. Satisfied. Blessed. Here's to feeling healthy, staying fit and loving life! Here's to Body Soul!
