When I went, she had us use a step, so we were doing step aerobics type of exercises which I haven't done in about 10 years, but we had a full body workout by the end of the session. The studio can probably accommodate about 10 - 12 clients per class. I like that she is constantly keeping an eye on all of us to correct our form while we are exercising. In addition to the power workouts, she also does nutrition and offers Pilates, yoga, and Zumba classes so you can take care of yourself mind, body, and spirit!
