I cannot say enough wonderful things about Fit Me in Sun Valley! From the moment I walked in, I felt welcomed, supported, and encouraged -- which meant the world to me as someone who was initially intimidated to try Pilates and group classes. Every single instructor I've had has been fantastic, but Ingrid has completely changed my life. She is exceptionally knowledgeable, passionate, and gifted as an instructor. Her ability to connect with each person in class -- regardless of experience or ability -- makes every session feel personal and empowering. Ingrid's energy and genuine love for Pilates shine through in every movement and cue. At 54, and having recently undergone a hysterectomy due to endometrial cancer, I've been searching for a way to regain strength, flexibility, and confidence in my body. Fit Me has been the answer. The atmosphere is positive, the clients are friendly, and I truly look forward to every single class. I leave feeling stronger, happier, and more connected to myself. best Pilates studio there is!! I wanted a flat stomach for my wedding and started going multiple times a week. completely changed my body and I love all the teachers! now that my wedding is done - I'm still going to do monthly unlimited because my body feels and looks amazing - plus it is so much fun! read more

This is my favorite studio in this area! My favorite class is the ab class on Wednesday's. It's very difficult but the instructor provides modifications if needed. There are so many classes that target different muscles. The instructors are so good, my fav is Kat! The studio is also located in a very convenient area and it's super cute. I would recommend this studio to anyone who ranges from a beginner to advanced because there are many different classes. 10/10! read more

Recognizing the need for a true boutique Pilates studio in Ketchum, Kathryn Caminiti founded Fit Me SV and opened its doors in March 2024. After a year of incredible support from the community and outgrowing its original space, Fit Me SV has officially moved into a larger, elevated new studio—just down the street! Meet the Business Owner: Kathryn C.

Hi, I’m Kathryn (or Kat), founder of Fit Me SV · Modern Mat Pilates & Lagree in Ketchum, Idaho. I created this boutique studio to fill a gap I saw in our small mountain town: a place where Pilates could evolve, challenge you, and actually teach you how to move with grace and intention. A place where you can build serious, full-body strength through the transformational Lagree method. As a longtime Sun Valley local and certified Mat Pilates + Lagree instructor, I’m passionate about helping people feel powerful, resilient, and truly at home in their bodies. Fit Me SV is more than a workout. It’s a fitness sanctuary where form matters, connection is real, and you leave feeling stronger from the inside out. My pilates of choice back at home is lagree, which is how the instructor described the class when I first walked into this new, beautiful studio. I would say it's not quite as intense as the lagree I take back in Chicago, but higher intensity than the normal pilates classes I've taken elsewhere. The instructor targeted every body part and I woke sore the next morning so mission accomplished. I was waitlisted for the class a week ahead of time, but the day before was lucky enough to get a spot via mind body. Unfortunately, I only had time to come here once since they don't offer 10am classes very often and the 9am conflicts with getting the kids to ski school. I also thought this workout complimented the running and strength classes I took at the mill next door (another amazing sun valley workout class). I'll definitely be back for more pilates when I'm back in town!

I parked and ran into the studio at 8:31 and the doors were locked with no one to be seen. I knocked, called and texted the studio, and stayed around for 15 minutes hoping someone would let me in. I finally gave up but got a response from the owner an hour later that "they start classes on time and the door is always locked." I didn't even get a credit from the class.

The best workout! Abs are on fire . Fit Me SV is the perfect blend of classical and modern mat pilates. Pilates is so humbling because you don't realize how hard it is to engage those tiny deep core muscles. The stretching aspect also feels so good on the spine.
