Every single instructor I've had has been fantastic, but Ingrid has completely changed my life. She is exceptionally knowledgeable, passionate, and gifted as an instructor. Her ability to connect with each person in class -- regardless of experience or ability -- makes every session feel personal and empowering. Ingrid's energy and genuine love for Pilates shine through in every movement and cue. At 54, and having recently undergone a hysterectomy due to endometrial cancer, I've been searching for a way to regain strength, flexibility, and confidence in my body. Fit Me has been the answer. The atmosphere is positive, the clients are friendly, and I truly look forward to every single class. I leave feeling stronger, happier, and more connected to myself. I'm always on the hunt for fun workout classes when I visit Sun Valley so I was thrilled that a new…read morepilates studio had opened this month. My pilates of choice back at home is lagree, which is how the instructor described the class when I first walked into this new, beautiful studio. I would say it's not quite as intense as the lagree I take back in Chicago, but higher intensity than the normal pilates classes I've taken elsewhere. The instructor targeted every body part and I woke sore the next morning so mission accomplished. I was waitlisted for the class a week ahead of time, but the day before was lucky enough to get a spot via mind body. Unfortunately, I only had time to come here once since they don't offer 10am classes very often and the 9am conflicts with getting the kids to ski school. I also thought this workout complimented the running and strength classes I took at the mill next door (another amazing sun valley workout class). I'll definitely be back for more pilates when I'm back in town!

Excellent choice in music. I highly recommend this yoga studio. Minded, they offer hot classes, so if you don't like a hot heated room, make sure you take a non heated class! I love all the kinds, heated or not! They also offer a free woman's ecstatic dance here too! What a GEM!

Wow. I showed up for an 8:30 class at 8:31 because there was tree work on our road and I got…read morestopped for some time, otherwise I would have been very punctual. I parked and ran into the studio at 8:31 and the doors were locked with no one to be seen. I knocked, called and texted the studio, and stayed around for 15 minutes hoping someone would let me in. I finally gave up but got a response from the owner an hour later that "they start classes on time and the door is always locked." I didn't even get a credit from the class.
