I get my exercise in hiking and biking during the summer, but needed to find a way to get a good sweat now that I've retired from skiing (if you can call what I did skiing). I was excited to see they had a treadmill/circuit training type of class called the mill. I did the power mill class 4 times during my week in Sun Valley and loved it so much. All 3 instructors I took with (Sophie, Maggie and Josie) were challenging and energetic. It was a good combo of running and weight lifting - I hated it during the workout, but felt so good when I left. Sophie's class was probably the most challenging of the 3 and she was also super friendly and welcoming to a newbie like me. Her Sunday morning class was also the smallest with only 3 of us so spent a lot of time correcting our form as well. I think you can't go wrong with any of the classes here and if you love to run they have a run mill class that's all on the tread. Excited I found this amazing workout for my frequent trips to Sun Valley. It seems popular among the locals, but tourists should try it too. And the first class was only $15 on mind body!

My pilot was Anna, who was awesome! They watched the wind closely to make sure it was safe and I would get a good ride. I felt safe throughout the entire process which eased my nerves. Of course I added on the pictures and Anna even had a little adaptor so I could open the files from the memory card onto my iPhone so that I could have a few before I got home. I'm on a road trip and it would be a good while before I could see what they pictures were like. This was a nice added little touch. I'd definitely recommend Fly Sun Valley to my friends and would fly again if I come back to Sun Valley.

My boyfriend and I had gone in on my 30th birthday and the front desk girl seemed genuinely so happy and offered me 2 different tiaras to wear for fun to celebrate while I did the shooting. My boyfriend is a bit experienced with this but he stepped back and let Wendy do her thing and we were both so amazed and happy with her. She made me feel so confident and comfortable, while ensuring safety and giving clear, understandable instructions for a first timer. She was so friendly and nice and really goes above and beyond. I mentioned I couldn't see and in no time she whipped out a bag of all of her own extra padding to tape onto the gun so that I could see better. She was so thorough, friendly, and made the experience so memorable and enjoyable. Thank you so much Wendy! My boyfriend and I think you are the BEST! Hopefully we will be back.

While things happen, this is something that should have been prevented weeks earlier, as this was an event we planned and people adjusted their travel schedules around. The lack of notice gave us no options to find any alternatives either.
