I parked and ran into the studio at 8:31 and the doors were locked with no one to be seen. I knocked, called and texted the studio, and stayed around for 15 minutes hoping someone would let me in. I finally gave up but got a response from the owner an hour later that "they start classes on time and the door is always locked." I didn't even get a credit from the class.

The locker rooms are a nice layout and with 4 showers, there is typically 1 available. The layout of the workout equipment made sense and it was good amount based on the number of people so it was also available. I requested wanting to do an hour on the stairmaster and the adjustment to make this possible was done within a day. I liked using the hot tub for recovery after my workout but when it was closed, you literally had to go right up to the pool area to know that; there could have been a sign by the front desk, a sign entering the locker room, etc. but there was just a sign on the door AFTER completely going through the locker room where realistically one had already changed.
