I've had five surgeries in my life, and this center provided the best service and care of all of the other facilities, and these include Johns Hopkins Hospital (Baltimore, MD) and Highland Trauma Center (Oakland, CA).
The receptionist was helpful and pleasant, and the waiting time was15 minutes, which was exactly what it was supposed to be.
Anita was my intake nurse, and the best person ever to insert a needle for the saline solution, subsequently used for the anesthesia. She left no mark (no bruising) on my hand. Anita was extremely pleasant.
Steve was the anesthesiologist, and listened when my allergy to codeine was emphasized. He was excellent at his job because I felt no residual drugs afterwards. He, also, was extremely pleasant.
