HE TOOK AN EXRAY. I HAD 3 BROKEN RIBS. i could see them plainly on the xray. they are lucky i didnt have 4 i would have had to have them wired . to hold them in place. other than a head injury for broken bones. an Xray will almost always be good enough most to see broken bones Xray. This was the second time i had had a cat scan at this facility that was read wrong. while their care friendlyness and general medical knoledge is good . at lease one maybe 2 doctors their needs alot more training on a Cat scan machine. She has insurance and good insurance. So we ended up at the E R at Hillcrest and they were great with her. No ID needed. Just patient care. Most 92 yr olds do not have any form of ID. I will not be going back to this location. That is terrible for our elderly.

The strange green puss coming out of your toe wound, that smells like cinnamon rolls? Yup, she'll talk about it. She is infact worth the wait. Mr. Wilcox is rude, he'll let you talk about your symptoms, and then write down the wrong ones, (which he's done more than once with me. If you ask they'll give you a print out.) he is eager to get to the next appointment so if you want something prescribed without necessity, see him. My experience with him is poor at best. You'll feel stone walled and ignored in your own appointment. Recently they've hired a very young looking new doctor, she is helpful, listens to your concerns, and is likely to write you off if she thinks it hypocondria. I had such a strong cough that I was vomitting and couldn't get through my daily duties because the cough was so severe. The staff really listened to my issues and were so compassionate. I am truly grateful for the very skilled Nurse Practitioner-- a nice young lady, blonde hair-- forgot her name. She gave me just what I needed to heal and after just 24 hours I am a new person. She came back out and said that she would not be seeing me for my appointment for being two minutes late, and not only that but they were going to be taking me off of my dentist schedule and putting me on a completely new schedule with a different dentist that I had already stated I did not want to see also not to mention me and dentist Kelly already have a very extensive dental plan going on. She said that Megan would be in touch but three days later there is no contact from megan. I never even scheduled this appointment On June 4th, my appointment was supposed to be in two weeks, but they called me on June 3rd and said they have an opening the next morning if I could come and fill the spot for them. I told them yes that I would be there. I also had already paid over $200 for This appointment and then they treat me this way for being 2 MINUTES LATE. I have been going to this dentist for over a decade nearly 15 years and to be treated this way over being two minutes late is completely unorthodox and very Outrageous I cannot believe I am being treated this way. My feelings are very hurt. The tooth that I was supposed to be getting worked on has been giving me trouble for months and I even Complained that it was hurting So for them to treat me this way after even after saying that I have had tooth pain is completely Ridiculous not to mention that The treatment I was supposed to be getting done would take about two hours So they booked me to be there for two hours and because I was two minutes late they canceled the whole appointment canceled my whole dental plan and tried to get me to a new dentist knowing that I have dental pain going on right now. so what did y'all do for the next two hours?
