She'll fill up fast though! I've met both husband and wife team, they will accept you for a quick 10 min appointment if you need it. Mrs. Patricia Wilcox likes to talk. A lot. Her appointments may take a while, so be prepared for a wait before she'll get to you. She is kind, open, and willing to discuss your intimated crude details of your appointment without judgment. The strange green puss coming out of your toe wound, that smells like cinnamon rolls? Yup, she'll talk about it. She is infact worth the wait. Mr. Wilcox is rude, he'll let you talk about your symptoms, and then write down the wrong ones, (which he's done more than once with me. If you ask they'll give you a print out.) he is eager to get to the next appointment so if you want something prescribed without necessity, see him. My experience with him is poor at best. You'll feel stone walled and ignored in your own appointment. Recently they've hired a very young looking new doctor, she is helpful, listens to your concerns, and is likely to write you off if she thinks it hypocondria. When I arrived today, it took 20 minutes to check in because of computer issues. Not kidding... There was a line of people from the check in desk to the front door!!!! I wish I would have taken a picture. After being drilled by a nurse about why I was there, dr. Patricia Wilcox came in. I had many things to discuss with her... She ignored All off them! She gave me a exams in less than 2 minutes! Suddenly she was gone, even though she said she would send out prescriptions right away, the pharmacy has yet to hear from there office! Last time I attempted to get a prescription filled, it took two weeks and 7 phone calls!!! Not kidding or exaggerating! I rushed in and out of my appointment that I waited a month for so fast that not one of my questions was addressed! Never going back again! From now on, it's urgent care, or maybe I'll try acupuncture, but never going back here again! I'll bet in a month I will get a bill for at least $600 that my insurance won't cover.

Dr Loden is very compassionate when treating me and my family. He took his time to really get to know me as a patient. He has always treated me w respect and patience. I have to admit sometimes I can be a challenging patient to treat but Dr Loden has continued to help me work toward the health goals I have wanted. I can say I am taking less medicine than I was before for diabetes. In investing time to get to know me as a patient he knows what to do to motivate me as a patient and that has helped me out. The staff is usually very nice and professional. I respect them and appreciate them as well. Grateful to have dr Loden as my PCP. He is truly a blessing in my life.

After spending 2 days and many many calls later I came across Providence clinic and when I called was told none of the doctors were taking new patients !!! 20 minutes later as I sat on my bed feeling frustrated and crying I received a call back from a nurse named Maria who informed me that if I could have my 2 oldest there within half an hour a doctor by the name of Dr. Julian was willing to see them. I raced up there and was seen by Dr. Julian we became his patients and never looked back !! He became the go to doctor for our entire family. Even after my eldest son got married and when he and his wife had their first child he became his doctor and 3 years later he became his little brothers doctor as well. My kids are all grown now and I moved to Austin but continued to make the drive to Waco for doctor visits with him. We love Dr. Julian and will always be grateful for being such a wonderful doctor & human being. A special thanks goes out to Tiffany & Jackie who go above and beyond whenever I need anything at all. Absolutely terrible care. Two surgeries on my husband. Both completely screwed up. 1st…read moresurgery-Replaced an existing pacemaker with the wrong brand so now it does not match the leads already in his heart. This combination can't be certified for MRI so the back issues that he has cannot be properly diagnosed! Dr.Myatt was given plenty of info on the existing pacemaker. Why on earth would he change brands?! Bonus from the supplier, maybe?? 2nd surgery-vascular stent in his leg... they did several tests on his legs to determine blood flow and told him he needed surgery immediately or he could lose his foot. Got to the surgery center, got him prepped, took him back for surgery and Myatt did nothing. He decided that the leg had great blood flow and the stent wasn't necessary after all. Of course our max out of pocket is 6K annually so we paid for a surgery that apparently, he didn't need. This is just part of it. All issues with this office too much to type. Moral of the story. He's a quack. Clueless!! Don't go there.

I was very well-attended to, kept in the loop, and overall felt very well cared for - highly recommend! I came in knowing that I wanted treatment for my cat allergies to eventually own one. Well, turns out I'm allergic to that and soooo much more. The allergy testing on my back was as quick as it could be and they made sure to wipe everything off really well so I wouldn't be itchy afterward. They let me know that I could take the allergy medicine they were sending me home with and then come in the following week at any time to get my first immunotherapy shot. Even the receptionists are wonderful and explained what my insurance would cover, when I would need the shots, etc.
