Office hours: 8a - 5p…read more Monday - Friday Their phone numbers are: P: (254) 752-2300 P: (254) 537-6100 They also have a webpage: http://providence.net/facilities/35/family-health-clinic-sanger.html **** **** **** **** **** **** **** **** **** **** **** **** **** ** They've got a rad kids section, with a huge ball pit - Perfect for kiddies. Mrs. Wilcox is ALWAYS booked full, there is a reason you can get in with Mr. Wilcox so quickly (noted below), and the newest (and I believe youngest Doctor (female, very kind.)) is mostly available because she is newer to the practice?? She'll fill up fast though! I've met both husband and wife team, they will accept you for a quick 10 min appointment if you need it. Mrs. Patricia Wilcox likes to talk. A lot. Her appointments may take a while, so be prepared for a wait before she'll get to you. She is kind, open, and willing to discuss your intimated crude details of your appointment without judgment. The strange green puss coming out of your toe wound, that smells like cinnamon rolls? Yup, she'll talk about it. She is infact worth the wait. Mr. Wilcox is rude, he'll let you talk about your symptoms, and then write down the wrong ones, (which he's done more than once with me. If you ask they'll give you a print out.) he is eager to get to the next appointment so if you want something prescribed without necessity, see him. My experience with him is poor at best. You'll feel stone walled and ignored in your own appointment. Recently they've hired a very young looking new doctor, she is helpful, listens to your concerns, and is likely to write you off if she thinks it hypocondria. She'll push the idea of medication after you've stated you'd only take a holistic approach to your diagnosis, and then blather on about some "facts" she read on The internet (that I happened to read too, you're not special because you've got M.D. attached to your name kiddo) I would not recommend her. The Front desk staff (without falter!) is very nice and amazingly helpful, they've been through the ringer with my insurance being such a pain in the ass, and they've stayed very patient.

I have been going here for 4 years, it is increasingly becoming worse. The add. Is nice, but…read moreseriously! First it took me a month to get an appointment. When I arrived today, it took 20 minutes to check in because of computer issues. Not kidding... There was a line of people from the check in desk to the front door!!!! I wish I would have taken a picture. After being drilled by a nurse about why I was there, dr. Patricia Wilcox came in. I had many things to discuss with her... She ignored All off them! She gave me a exams in less than 2 minutes! Suddenly she was gone, even though she said she would send out prescriptions right away, the pharmacy has yet to hear from there office! Last time I attempted to get a prescription filled, it took two weeks and 7 phone calls!!! Not kidding or exaggerating! I rushed in and out of my appointment that I waited a month for so fast that not one of my questions was addressed! Never going back again! From now on, it's urgent care, or maybe I'll try acupuncture, but never going back here again! I'll bet in a month I will get a bill for at least $600 that my insurance won't cover.

Upon moving to Texas to accept a job as a tenure-track professor, with managed chronic pelvic pain…read morethat had already had 3 surgeries, I began seeing Dr. Jung when he was still in Waco. He literally killed me; according to my doctors when I had to move back north to be cared for, there were 3 decisions Jung made that should have been fatal: taking me off Benzos cold turkey, not testing for C-Diff but instead telling me I deserved the withdrawal and prescribing me Lomotil numerous times (cannot take with C-Diff and can cause brain damage with long-term use.) He also prescribed an anti-depressant. When I had C-Diff, apparently it did not absorb. I was highly suicidal. He told me to stop drug-grubbing and join a church--that maybe in the North mental health was available, but not in TX. This is all not to mention that he demeaned me and called me manipulative constantly, called me "anorexic" when I lost 10 pounds in a week due to C-Diff, decided to take me off vicodin and put me on Fentanyl?! **Since my last posting, I have ordered my medical notes. He was overtly malicious and called me a liar from day one. He continuously references that I am from the "north," and he also said my medical chart was probably illegitimate. He never called to check. It was legitimate. He does not know that I went into a coma in my house in 2016, and the police found me 4 days later. He does not know I fell and broke my leg because I cannot balance. He does not know I finally had a complete hysterectomy (via 2 surgeries) with a doctor from Harvard who equated my pain to that of a man being kicked in the testicles 24 hours a day. And he certainly doesn't know that by taking me abruptly off benzos out of spite, that instead of being the Chair of the Department at a college, I am now permanently disabled. The doctors believe the blow to my brain after several lifetime concussions, caused CTE. I will probably develop dimensia and Parkinson's then die in the next 10-15 years. My fiancé and I split because my cognitive and emotional life is erratic. My life was ruined because of Dr. Jung's cowboy-booted biases. Maybe others like him; but if you are a strong woman with a complicated issue, STEER CLEAR!

Amazing guy and good doc. So thankful to have him here in Waco. He has a great sense of humor,…read moretakes the time to both listen to you and explain things to you, and follows up with you promptly (sometimes personally).
