My labs are always thoroughly reviewed, and the actual examination is very thorough and professional. In the rare cases where there is a more serious issue to be evaluated, Dr. Li is always available for a thoughtful consultation. He sets a high standard for the practice and the entire team consistently exceeds that standard. A few years ago, following a late evening emergency appendectomy, Dr. Li made it a point the next morning to stop by my room at Rose Medical Center to check on me -- and he had not even been involved with the acute evaluation and procedure! The fact that there is a LabCorp location in the office, keeping me from waiting to get blood drawn elsewhere, is an extra added bonus. Over the last couple of years, things have declined substantially. They have moved to become part of "Colorado Physician Practice" which includes a new online portal to access records, messaging etc.. The portal is buggy and sends you a separate email, text anytime there is an update to your record. So if you have an appt and have BP, HR, exam etc.. you get three separate texts about those items being put into your chart only the text doesn't tell you that. Instead it says you have an important update in your portal to look at. The NP I saw the most over the years left, the next doc I chose also left and the then a third is only part time and floats. I needed some help in the last couple years dealing with perimenopause symptoms. I saw 3 different folks in 18 months for it. The answer I got was essentially shrugged shoulders and basically a "that's life" answer. I had to explain that with a history of hormonal issues, I thought perhaps my symptoms were being magnified by that. I was offered birth control. I was told I didn't have the right symptoms (no hot flashes) to warrant hormonal treatment. I explained my mother and grandmother didn't have hot flashes either. I left the last appt and sat in my car and cried. I looked for another provider and finally got the care I needed to manage symptoms and am a whole new person. I understand perhaps since none of them are OB/GYNs, maybe they aren't versed in the latest in menopause care, so I just accepted I would have 2 providers. One for menopause care and DFM for the normal wellness checks/sick issues. Recently, I've changed my mind. I needed a form filled out for my health insurance to prove I've had a physical within the last year. I sent it in last month with no response. I called to check on it and they asked me to email it and would have it done same day. Did not get it back, after 3 more phone calls, I am still waiting to get it back. Everyone in the office is very nice and super apologetic when you have to call multiple times for things, but why do I have to do that? I went on my health insurance website to find a new practice. It's not worth it to be at DFM anymore.

I tried to contact yelp to have it deleted and am still trying to accomplish that, but anybody who is lucky enough to be seen by this doctor will not regret it. I can't say much other things that other reviews haven't said, but he is hands down the most caring doctor you will find. I believe his practice has been full and I regret having to have left for financial constraints at the time, but it was my loss. As you can see, he doesn't need anymore positive reviews, but deserves every single one he receives and if I had the opportunity, I'd have him as my GP.

Explained that I don't have capacity to check all the voicemails that come in and I don't need to be "reprimanded" for it. Her response wasn't solution oriented but rather a response of "she doesn't need to be reprimanded online." Regarding the PX. Correction that it was mine apparently but still should not have gone into the pharmacy without discussion from me. Most importantly, I have two addresses and neither was used for the CVS mail order. And at the appointment I stated the specific pharmacy to use which is NOT mail order. So again, this office is shipping PXs to unknown addresses without patient consent. Lastly, I requested to speak to a nurse to go over this with none available so asked to get another portal link. The portal is a mess. I spent 20 minutes trying to get in through different browsers and logging in twice per the help verbiage in the portal. Data displaying is spotty and then nothing appears at all once you're in and you try to click around. Sad really because the doctor was good but staff and infrastructure are failing.
