I guess I should have read the reviews before going to this practice. I've been twice and somehow…read morethey wrote a PX and sent it to the pharmacy under my name and it was processed under my insurance and mailed out. IT IS VERY CONCERNING that my information with them is not secure. Additionally, it's comical to me that there's a strict 15 minute after appointment time policy which I've never violated but they have no problem making you wait as long as they want. Lastly, I had bloodwork done weeks ago and no one has called to go over the results. I'm left to read and understand them myself UPDATE: I was just contacted by a person from the office with a combative tone. Explained that I don't have capacity to check all the voicemails that come in and I don't need to be "reprimanded" for it. Her response wasn't solution oriented but rather a response of "she doesn't need to be reprimanded online." Regarding the PX. Correction that it was mine apparently but still should not have gone into the pharmacy without discussion from me. Most importantly, I have two addresses and neither was used for the CVS mail order. And at the appointment I stated the specific pharmacy to use which is NOT mail order. So again, this office is shipping PXs to unknown addresses without patient consent. Lastly, I requested to speak to a nurse to go over this with none available so asked to get another portal link. The portal is a mess. I spent 20 minutes trying to get in through different browsers and logging in twice per the help verbiage in the portal. Data displaying is spotty and then nothing appears at all once you're in and you try to click around. Sad really because the doctor was good but staff and infrastructure are failing.

Dr. Felle has always been incredibly warm and knowledgeable, and now that I am pregnant I am becoming more acquainted with the entire medical staff and they're all lovely. Can't imagine a better pregnancy OBGYN experience! Highly recommend.

A note on Dr. Rosemary Andrianakos during a particularly challenging period in American healthcare:…read more Some people require medical attention only once or twice a year, but my family and I are not among them. For those with chronic or complex conditions who require scheduled meds, doctors like Rosemary Andrianakos are rare treasures. Dr. Rose's work ethic is characterized by empathy, personal responsibility, and courage, especially in light of the obstacles primary care physicians have faced in recent years. As the Dean of Medicine from a major hospital in the area rightly said, "Don't be too hard on family doctors; many specialists are delegating the sensitive prescribing to them, and it's unfair and messy." Drug abuse is a critical problem, but patients suffer when doctors must choose between providing individualized care and potentially losing their jobs. I've realized that deviating from policy often involves scrutiny, heavy paperwork, and retaining a lawyer, which is unimaginable in a profession already notorious for high stress. If you have ever been turned away from a primary care physician because of the medication you or your family members are taking, you'll understand what I mean. If you're deprived of a humane medication taper to comply with new prescribing guidelines, you'll relate. And if you've lost sleep trying to locate a specialist in time for your next refill because your PCP's decisions are under scrutiny - by any party in a complex equation, you're sure to empathize. In addition to the ailments you struggle with, the policies designed to protect you become an overwhelming burden. As clients, we have limited influence on the mechanisms that shape our care. Under such circumstances, I'm very grateful for physicians like Dr. Rosemary, who strike a brave balance that allows them to stand firm in their beliefs and when necessary, take an active role in finding reasonable alternatives for their patients.

My annual physical is more like catching up on my health with a good friend, rather than an interrogation. My labs are always thoroughly reviewed, and the actual examination is very thorough and professional. In the rare cases where there is a more serious issue to be evaluated, Dr. Li is always available for a thoughtful consultation. He sets a high standard for the practice and the entire team consistently exceeds that standard. A few years ago, following a late evening emergency appendectomy, Dr. Li made it a point the next morning to stop by my room at Rose Medical Center to check on me -- and he had not even been involved with the acute evaluation and procedure! The fact that there is a LabCorp location in the office, keeping me from waiting to get blood drawn elsewhere, is an extra added bonus. Despite a recent move to another state, my plan is to continue my relationship with this practice, even if it means paying for flights and hotels. It would take a lot for me to ever change doctors again.
