Finally, Dr. Karp has a way of making a patient feel welcome and exudes the utmost confidence in the service (a medical miracle in my opinion) that he provides. Since day one, Dr. Karp assured me that I was a great candidate and that all would go well, and the result far exceeded my expectations. The procedure itself is miraculous, the hardest part for me was the anticipation in the waiting room. Each eye takes about 30 seconds and after my first eye was done, I could already see clearly. Since then, with each passing day, my eyes feel better and better and today the staff confirmed that my vision is now 20/15. Like I said, a medical miracle for someone that has not known life without glasses for nearly 50 years. I still wear readers to see things up close but that is due to my age, distance-wise everything is now in HD for me. Do yourself a favor, do the Lasik, you will not regret it!
