After literally arguing with the shop owner over the window I got it replaced. Then a couple days later there was a noise that got louder over a few more days. So I called Infiniti talked to Preston, after I dropped the car off they called back in a timely manner telling me what was wrong with the car. Seeing as it was going to be a couple days worth of waiting on parts and getting it fixed Preston was able to get my wife a loner car which saved us so much stress. When we got it back I took it for a drive and this car drove amazing! It Handled great and sounded so quiet, like new again. 2012 G37x and I just love this car, from now on I will be dealing with Preston over here from now on.. Thanks Again Preston

I had mistakenly drove off with my keys on the roof of my QX30 and could not find them when I doubled back. The Omaha dealership was going to charge me $160 for programming a new fob (which doesn't even include the $350 key itself nor the emergency cutout)!!! Luckily I called up Infiniti KC since we were going to be in the area for Valentine's Day Weekend. Dave Grooms helped me to get an appointment set up. He also managed to get my oil changed when I did come in even though originally he said no promises since it was a busy Friday afternoon. The key programming service cost half of what Infiniti Omaha was going to charge me--KC has a former Mercedes Benz employee working for them who is familiar with the QX30 keys so they only charged for a half hour. Service was prompt and we were met with great company and humor to help take my mind off the hefty bill of losing my set of keys!!!! If it were possible, I'd have given this place 6 stars!

The owner's excuse on shipping was that "he didn't know how much it would be until shipped" and so he couldn't give me an amount when order was placed and didn't bother to contact me to give me an amount!! It certainly didn't cost them that much to ship my parts and I was not given ANY OTHER OPTION EXCEPT TO USE MY DEBIT CARD for payment and was charged a 3% convenience fee!! I would suggest that if you are going to purchase something from this company that you are well aware of the shady business practices that they use!!!

so with my Camaro I paid a performance shop $58,000 to build it to 8-900whp, took better part of a…read moreyear to do it. I got it back for 3 months of easy driving during that time it was in and out of the performance shop quickly for wiring issues that weren't caught. The transmission went out on it shortly afterwards. The car sat in front of my house for 2 months before it could get scheduled in by the shop this time around. When it finally did get in, it sat there for another 2 months before I got a call to pick it up, that 'nothing was wrong with it.' I sent my people to go get it and he didn't make it to the end of the street before it broke down again... so it sits back at the performance shop for several more months after it's realized the transmission is toast and they wait on parts... I come to the realization at this point these people probably don't know what their doing, but I kept my mouth shut and hoped they would get me taken care of in a reasonable amount of time. I finally got the car back a couple weeks ago after roughly 7 months since it was last drivable, only thing being wrong was the transmission. As I was told and my impression up until the car was picked up was that I would be paying for the rebuild in full, as nothing was warranted by the manufacturer nor the transmission shop, and I was fine with that because at this point I just wanted my car back. At no point through this process did I expect a handout or anything else I just wanted it to work right. At any rate, to my surprise only when taking delivery of the car were we told the performance shop did in fact pay the bill for the transmission rebuild which was the right and respectful thing to do, no doubt, and I appreciate the attempt to make it right. The car drove for a full week and a half before once again the transmission seems to have toasted it's clutchpacks. I have had no faith in the rebuild since I got it back and have been really easy on it, I haven't raced this car or beat on it in years at this point, it's just been get it back and break, get it back and break. Less than 700 miles of light Highway driving and city cruising have left this vehicle as a paperweight sitting in my driveway that I'm terrified to move because of anymore damage that I'll do to it. The transmission shop owner says their work was done right and it's the manufacturer of the parts, or it lies on the performance shop because the transmission is apparently not capable, in his opinion of handling the power that their combination of parts is producing. On our last call he tells me "I don't know what else to do, we've done all we could , I told the (performance shop) the 8 speed wasn't capable, Im not pointing fingers but Circle D likely has something to do with I can't help you anymore get with them." From what I understand that 8 speed should handle this kind of power no problem with the kit that was sourced. As far as the performance shop goes, even before having issues the shop manager tells me "the only reason we rebuilt this for you is because you spent so much money with us. If it happens again I don't want anything to do with it." He contends that the manufacturer is to blame also, but at the same time hints that the transmission shop isn't off Scott free, but won't come out and say it. Both Circle D specialties and Circle D transmission say either the kit is not installed correctly or transmission was not tuned correctly and the folks I've talked to have personally inspected these parts when they came through their respective businesses... I have been absolutely respectful, courteous, and professional with all parties involved. I see all the C7 and Camaros their shop has done in the past so I really don't know what makes me and my car any different. I just feel like I'm not being taken seriously as a customer, and these people think that they can walk on me and leave me with a half working car. I don't know what else to do, I've been robbed of my money and my time and the buck doesn't stop. The people that built her don't even want to work on her anymore. If I didn't have to work, I would've done it myself but instead, I gave my trust and resources to this business to do it right the first/second time and although they tried, that did not and has not happened. I feel like I'm just renting this car for a few days at a time, and it has to go back to this shop and sit for months for nothing and cost me thousands to repair. I honestly just don't even enjoy this hobby anymore. I wanted something I could drive to the coast reliably, not just mall cruise around this state. I was led to believe that was possible when I spent a premium on it. I chose this shop and was comfortable spending this type of money because they were supposed to be the best, but reviews are all smoke
