Grilled cheese with bacon and tomato.

Small little restaurant/dinner attached to a bowling alley but with great bar food!!!!! Grilled cheese and gravy fries are my fav! Best fries ever!!! The bartender is the happiest, nicest guy I have ever been around. Waitress and super sweet and attentive. Hostess is young and she is new. Hopefully she will get better and learns to smile. She is a grouchy little thing. Super fun karaoke night. I'll be back!!!

Looking at Yelp for locations that I haven't been to yet and I happened upon this one. It has some of my favorites from other places, so I tried out the crab pretzel; not my favorite flavor and style but it was different and it had some qualities that others did not. Acoustics weren't the best for our location but the atmosphere was very nice with multiple tv's on multiple channels and a nice touch for ascetics.

Meh. So-so place. Was looking for a place that served surf n turf and since the headline said "steak and fish" thought this would work. Technically there are only like 2 steak options on the entire 3-4 page oversized menu. GPS is taking you to the right place: it's inside a bowling alley. But separated from the bowlers by glass windows/door. Decor is old, and the place could use some tender loving care: large hole in the ceiling above diners, surely cannot be up to code Decent crowd for a Friday nite we still didn't have to wait to be seated at 7ish. And very casual (recall bowling alley) Yelp said the blackened salmon was good, but saw flounder on the menu and couldn't resist Waitress started off good, giving us time to look over our menu and bringing our drinks. We ordered the Cajun flounder w side mashed potatoes and Caesar salad, and ribeye and shrimp w regular salad and broccoli Salads were decent and the mashed potatoes may or may not have been from scratch. Cajun flounder was "just ok". It seemed broiled w some Cajun seasoning. Nothing overly special. It was "borderline not good", but not really bad": kinda hard to describe. Two large pieces, I ate one, and my sides and was full My friend wasn't thrilled with his steak. For it to be medium rare it was pretty tough (I tasted and agreed) and he had to fight to get his shrimp free of their shells And alas. We basically never saw our waitress again. Well, we saw her, just not at our table. And the other waiter and waitresses standing around didn't seem to care that she was either busy or that we were just being ignored. I actually got up, walked to a young male waiter and asked for to-go containers. He said "of course". But instead of getting them he went to another table and removed silverware. We connected eyes and I thought he'd head to the containers, but instead he went in the other direction and did something totally different. By the third time, and me waving to get the attention of two waitresses chatting, ours finally returned to ask if we were finished. Yeah. We were. Needless to say I was unimpressed. A place that touts steak and fish should have more than 2 steak options, while offering a plethora of seafood options. And the waitstaff should consider helping one another out. Finally, manager may want to ck the code: exposed ceiling with missing tiles is just asking for something to fall/crawl through and drop on an unsuspecting patron

The snack bar around the corner serves a lot of the same items. I go there when I want to take out however it is cash only.

It's like walking back in time. There is ample parking and an entrance for the bar or dining room. The bar area has lots of seating both along the actual bar itself, as well as other tables throughout and around the pool tables. The staff is super friendly and attentive even when they are very busy. There are lots of regulars and you can see that this place is a staple in the community based on the relaxed atmosphere and down to earth hospitality. They have pit beef/turkey/ham on weekends that are served on homemade rolls. They also have platter options. The menu also offers other things for lunch, as well as sides. The dinner menu has many other offerings as well. The bar has 6 beers on tap, as well as many other can/bottle options. The prices are very reasonable for what you get. Lots of items are homemade. The portions are good and the taste of what we ordered was great. Definitely a place worth the stopping by.

We started with drinks a blueberry lemon crush and a cranberry mule which I recommend adding a bit more ginger beer it wasn't fizzy enough. The crab dip was absolutely amazing pipping hot and complimented with that pita it was hard not to finish it before the entrees came out. I got the coconut shrimp with a side ceaser ( it was well dressed but seemed watered down and not thick like dressing should be) and the Mac and cheese ( 100% would not recommend had 0 flavor). The second entree the seafood platter crab cake and fried shrimp were great. We got another round of drinks the key lime crush was exactly what I thought it would be and the espresso martini was super strong. Jeremy was very respectful kept a distance which was nice and checked on us periodically. Outdoor seating have umbrellas and a nice view of the street.

I had to walk up and ask the waitresses for a check. One server was pleasant. People at the bar seemed to receive good service. This may be why there were empty tables in good weather on a Saturday night. A pity: it is three minutes from the interstate. And ten minutes' walk from five good hotels with about a thousand guests!

They have an everyday happy hour from 3-7 that just can't be beat. There are food offerings for $6 and below and drinks specials for $3.25 rails and $2.50 draft beers. I will say, the happy hour board was a little hard to find (it's on a chalkboard wall near the restrooms); would love for them to have a happy hour menu or printed placards to place on the bar areas. The waitstaff is quick, friendly, and attentive. On my most recent visit there were 2-3 bartenders that kept a close eye on my party, making sure we had everything we needed to have a good evening. They corrected an issue coming from the kitchen quickly and without batting an eye, The food is the star here; you have to try their famous hot dogs. My favorite is the King Dog which is their classic chili cheese dog. I've also had the Chicago dog which is delicious as well. It's a huge footlong dog that comes with fries, tots, or chips. It's a huge portion of food for $14; definitely enough to split or save for two meals. Their honey old bay wings were really great too; flavorful, crispy, and the perfect balance of sweet and salty. The atmosphere on a Saturday around 6 was fun; there was a 4 piece band playing live music for the bar to enjoy. I do wish the bands volume was turned down 2 notches - it was tough to talk to the person next to you and we definitely had to yell to the bartender for them to be able to hear our orders. Great experience overall, highly recommend stopping by and trying a dog!

We pulled into a parking lot with plenty of parking, benches in front of the restaurant and outdoor seating with umbrellas. Makenna our server was so nice and informative letting us know all the specials this place has to offer, we had questions on a few things and she answered every one. I loved having my furson sit and enjoy a meal with me and he killed his burger in a matter of minutes. We started with the Jamaican jerk tenders which were nothing jerk at all but they were seasoned and hot. I got the oysters which didn't have much flavor but were fresh and one that was huge! My partner got a hot dog with beer cheese and fries that he enjoyed and a little lemonade cocktail that was fire. The only note I would have is how long the actual wait was for food. The bar side was pretty full but the actual dining side had one other couple and we were waiting about 25-30 minutes for a few shucked oysters and a hot dog. The food was just okay but bad not something I'd really come back for but was a good social outing for all Bathroom rating: 5/5
