We opted to pick our own gallon of blueberries and had a wonderful time. I'm rating this 4 stars because I think it was a little expensive for what it was. It's $30 to pick the gallon and I was told it was organic and non spray. After seeing prices for other places I saw some charged anywhere from $10-20 for this. There was a group of ladies that came and when they were told the price they were surprised and ended up leaving. I don't regret coming here because we had a fun experience but just letting you know it can be pricey!

We followed the "Lavender" signs we saw on Highway 11 to this little gem in Landrum! It is a U-pick…read morelavender farm and quaint store off the beaten path. At the entrance gate, you are greeted by one of the friendly workers. It is $5 to enter and park at the lavender you-pick farm. Follow the gravel road down to the parking area. Check out the little store where you'll find all things lavender: lavender bar soap, simple syrup, candles, hand soaps, baking mixes, deodorant, infused honey, and teas. And they even have lavender honey ice cream and lavender cookies! Both were excellent!! To do the you-pick lavender, you pay $8 for a full bunch. This is a really fun, relaxing activity to do (with a beautiful setting and nice smells!) They have nice and clean restroom facilities. The family that owns and runs the farm is so friendly. This is such a charming, unique thing to experience in the Landrum area.

You know that the fruit is good because many produce markets in SC, NC, and Tenn purchase their fruit. You also know that you are supporting the local family farm, a dying breed throughout the US. The drive to the farm from Spartanburg, Boiling Springs or Chesnee is also very lovely as you meander the country roads (across lakes and through countryside laced with peach orchards.) You'll also be greeted by the very friendly, knowledgeable owners of the farm.
