I am 80 years old and still play golf and my husband is 78 and plays golf as well. We go for our yearly check-ups and if we are ill, Dr. McClure cares for us. He has always been there when we needed him and has always been terrific with bedside manner. We can talk to him and tell him anything and he takes time to listen. They had decent reviews and since they are close to a lot of his specialty physicians he wanted to see how that would be. They have a lot of geriatric patients. It was easy to make an appointment over the phone for a new patient. The check in was easy. They have tablets to check yourself in but also have several receptions to check you in the old fashioned way that my father prefers. Everyone was very friendly. He felt comfortable and at ease for this first visit. I like that they have a my chart app and website so my father is able to give other people access so we can monitor his medical status. He can also make appointments and send notes to the doctor and do telehealth visits. Also on site, they have their own labs and imaging facility .

No attempt to establish any type or patient/physician relationship. I described the only issue I have been having, and he prescribed me an anti-depressant because it would also help with my symptoms, although I'm not experiencing any of the symptoms associated with depression. Understandable that medicine can be used for treatment of other things. Totally irresponsible to prescribe me a new medication that is known to have side effects that can alter your brain chemistry and then tell me to schedule a follow-up in ONE YEAR. The only reason I am giving two stars is because the rest of the staff was fantastic

Dr. Matilsky and the entire team at UMMS, Midtown were thoroughly professional, kind and caring. I was seen to promptly and back home in less than 2 hours with prescriptions waiting for me at my preferred pharmacy. I couldn't have been in more capable hands and am grateful for the care I received at their hands.

There were mini sodas, coffee and apples available outside of the ICU room for visitors. We were asked if we wanted a Pastor to come and pray and we said Yes. A very kind Pastor came to the Hospital, as she was on-call. Very lovely and kind. Ended up paying for $5 for my 2+ hour visit. Easy enough to drive into the parking garage. When exiting, be very careful! Once you get towards the bottom, the garage becomes tight and its a tight spiral to drive out
