When I first checked in two of the staff asked for my name and location of my pharmacy. For some unknown reason they said that my pharmacy was Acme Foods and I corrected them. Much to my surprise, they sent the prescriptions to Acme which is 3.5 hours away in New Jersey. The front office staff is rude, unprofessional and incompetent. When we informed them where the prescriptions were sent they refused to address the issue and insisted that it was sent to Giant. It goes without saying, once we determined that the doctor we saw didn't have another location, we were so upset and refused to deal with the front office staff that we won't be going here in the future! Based on our experience, I hardly think that our treatment by the office staff is an isolated incident.

I have never had to wait; I'm in and out in 15 minutes or so! He can do xrays right there as well as sonograms of soft tissue. Dr. Gill listens and then explains the cause of the issue and possible treatments. Today I had to get a cortizone shot in my achilles and felt zero discomfort! I totally recommend him for any foot or ankle issues and see myself going to him for any future issues that arise on either foot.

They tell me they will not see her unless she has a covid test first. So I take her to get a rapid covid test and then made an appointment but they only had the following day at noon. They call a few hours later to tell me the doctor did not feel comfortable seeing her unless she had the PCR test that takes 1-3 days to get the results. What??!!! You are a doctor's office that won't see my sick kid?? Needless to say, I went in and pulled my records and now looking for a new pediatrician.

There's no nurse on-site, limited support staff, and appointments seem to get cancelled often due to scheduling issues or deliveries. The biggest frustration for me has been communication and follow-up. I've been trying for days to get my blood test results and keep getting passed around by the front desk with no clear answers or callback. At a certain point, it starts to feel like the office simply does not have enough support to properly manage patient care. I don't think the issue is Dr. Parshard personally; I think he's trying to do too much on his own. But as a patient, it's been frustrating and disappointing.

As the practice grew, I was pushed through their system with many doctors. (loh, Arain, shiv, Ebo) I liked Dr Ebo, he was the primary care for my family (except my mom) Fast forward they open their Dundalk location and now are a one stop shop, which is great. Scheduling appointments to see your treating physician is not easy, they dont have openings for weeks or when you call to make an appointment they want you to see their NPs. With that said, Charlie, the "nursse mgr" informed me that "Mace Medical has 20,000 patients and when he speaks he speaks for all the doctors there, if your not happy, find another provider" Charlie also proceeded with snark comments regarding my Jan. 25th 2025 visit with Dr. Ebo Yes, after 30 yrs of primary care, the Doctors there allow their staff to dismiss patients. Through their Healow app I requested a prescription refill to hold me over because I found a new doctor. Just like that, my refills were sent and they took away my access to their app, which was medical records and history needed for a new primary. If you're looking for a family friendly doctors office, this is no longer the place to go.
