I have a stomach condition thats never gotten more than 10 minutes and a new pill. Now I have a different eating schedule and meal plan to wean me off my prescriptions. She even called pharmacies to make sure they had my meds.

I find it odd that it takes 2 to 5 business days for drug test results to come back when this place is open 24 hours and labs do around the clock testing. The Asian doctor (I believe his name starts with a Z) is very pushy and think he know more than my PCP I've been going to since I was 12. He swear I need to get checked for sleep apnea. Mind you he never asked if I ever had a sleep study done before. My lungs & heart were fine, and I did all the mobility tests with no problem, I still was only given 3 months DOT certification. I'm going to assume this company gets money for sleep study referrals. It's 2026 & y'all keep using BMI and other vital chart references that were made for white people!!! I am overweight and active but haven't been diagnosed with HBP, diabetes or any other health issues. My PCP said I just need to get my weight under control with diet & exercise. All that pushing & I was still DOT certified. So the 2 stars are for Leslie and the other lady at check-in.

After seeing the P.A. whom was a pleasure and patient with helping me understand what he see is the issue. On the follow up visit with the Dr I was waiting in the room before he came in and a female, I dont know who she was kept coming in on the phone Im assumimg with IT looking at a computer. This was very annoying and eventually they moved me to be seen in another room. This facility does employment exams and physical therapy. The physical therapy staff are friendly l, patient and knowledged as well. I have had a decent time during my visits. If you are in need for care outside of physical therapy, depending in the time of day as its a 24hr facility, your wait time can vary upto spending 3 hrs to be seen and out. It was clean in the areas I visited.

I was having serious muscle spasms in my neck and shoulders and anyone who's ever had that knows how painful it is! I did everything at home on my own before I decided to see a doctor and i told her that. I TOTALLY understand that doctors can't just hand out narcotics for everyone who walks in their doors. But in my case I was in desperate need of getting my pain under control. She tells me to take Aleve and I told her my fear is that it won't work with the amount of pain I was in but she didn't care. She told me if it doesn't work then go see my primary care doctor (which I should have done in the first place). I told her I wanted to sleep and not lay awake in pain. She "promised" the Aleve would work but what do you know, I lay awake all night tossing and turning in so much pain. I felt ignored and that my pain wasn't important to her. I will not be going back!!! I am STILL in pain. I just pray that it will go away soon so that I can take care of my kids again the way they need their mom to take care of them. Instead I lay here in pain with my Aleve.

Came here for my annual bloodwork. I had to make an appointment online and the times available were…read morein 15 minute intervals. It was suggested to fill out the required forms online, which was a good option. After doing so, you are given your confirmed appointment time along with a QR code to checkin once you arrive. There is a large free parking area adjacent to the building. Upon arriving, at the entrance of the building and office suite, there was information in regards to masks requirements and maintaining proper social distancing. One word of caution, there is only one elevator available and given the current health crisis, I suggest, if you are physically able, to use the stairs, which are located around the corner on the left. Otherwise, the elevator is extremely slow and I suggest getting there early to have enough time to use it safely. Upon entering the suite, there was a notice that only 4 people can be in the office at a time. There were 2 checkin kiosks and I used the QR code sent to my phone to check in. There were a couple of seats that were apart and hand sanitizer was available to use at the kiosks. The staff behind the portions called us to complete the registration process. When going to the back to have the services performed, there were notices to have on your required masks and that after every procedure, the area was cleaned before the next appointment. The staff were pleasant and my experience here was good and I felt comfortable getting my procedure done.
