Having saw this on TikTok before our trip to Sydney began, we opted to visit for lunch after walking from Coogee beach to Bondi. The taker/cashier was super friendly and helpful and described some of the more popular items and the ingredients within. She carefully took our order although I'd ask for glass noodles I got rice with half salad. Nonetheless, the crispy chicken was outstanding. What I like the most is it seems like all the ingredients are tossed together with the Sauce. my kid opted for the salmon bowl and loved it. Very generous portions ingredients tasted fresh. We paired it with a mandarin soda and a coconut water. What a great place to take lunch to the beach. Cool vibes, and great music inside the seating area. They recently opened in New York, but not California yet so hopefully one day. Would definitely try again. read more

FOOD Miso Salmon Bowl - My husband and I both ordered this and enjoyed it! We got regular bowls but they were huge! Cannot imagine the large size. A short walk from the popular Bondi Beach, my sister and I wanted to enjoy something easy on the stomach since we would be constantly walking in and out of shops. Order was pretty easy with pre-made bowls for those that enjoy the regular go to while the make your own allows you to change up your life with different proteins and sauces. I would say that you are better off looking to know which some of the sauces and items are on the menu so you don't get too surprised by what's in your bowl. The two orders came out pretty quick while we grabbed a table and seltzer for the meal. We opted salmon as it was pretty easy and we weren't looking for anything extra to start our day. There's something wrong with this Fishbowl. Love them everywhere else except this location. Feels like there's no quality control with the food, and no managerial presence. We were served by a highly aggressive worker who seemed like he was one moment away from wanting to fight us?! Secondly, we saw him wiping his nose and not changing his gloves after doing so. A little hidden, but wow what a great place for a poke bowl! The shop is tiny, but don't let that put you off. I did the create your own bowl with brown rice, salmon, cucumber, edamame, pink radish, coriander, sesame sauce, and crunchy shallots. They mixed up all the toppings and salmon which was great. A great concept - have been a regular customer for a long time, but unfortunately lately there have been times when it was really bad: three times now i had the tuna with a really bad smell and taste, and in my last meal even the vegetable were well overdue their time (radishes where dry and already had a brownish colour, carrots had a white covering from being dry as well, clearly cut a long time ago).
