I was kind of ashamed and embarrassed I let them get so bad. Dr. Callahan and his team were great! There was no judgement. They took my molds and had my retainers ready quick. Couldn't ask for better service. Everyone was friendly and respectful. They actually made the process fun and enjoyable! Highly recommend! I plan on using Dr. Callahan when my kiddos need braces.

Amy called me in right on time, gave me a warm welcome and provided me with a tour of the facility. Amy used the word family when describing the relationship they have with their patients and it felt very genuine and refreshing to hear. The reason for my visit was to get a second opinion on the work that I had done at my previous orthodontic office in which I was not fully satisfied with my treatment. Amy was easy to talk to, very understanding and was able to give me a very thorough explanation on my current dental condition and did a great job in addressing my main concerns. Getting a chance to speak with Dr. Sims was also a great interaction. I truly felt that he cared about my concern. He was able to explain my issue in a very logical manner, and he gave me straight answers as far as a game plan and how long it will take to get my final results. Amy gave me a gift bag, provided me with information to take home on the consultation, and I even received flowers on my way out. (it was in recognition of Mother's Day, but still a nice touch ;) the waiting area also has coffee and hot chocolate available. Wish that I would have gone with this office for my Invisalign treatment back when I started in 2021. I think that it would have saved me both time and frustration.

Please go somewhere else…read more Four years ago my 10 year old (at the time) visited for a procedure with a cavity, which they proceeded to do without properly numbing her mouth. This caused a traumatic experience for her and we never went back. Fast forward to today, and I just received a bill out of nowhere. All it says is "Balance Forward" in the amount of $23.00. I called the office, and they said it was for a Fluoride Treatment in 2021. I told them it has been too long, the bill did not specify who or what it was for, and I have no intention of paying it. Terrible experience all the way around. Poor dentistry, poor office experience, terrible corporate policies. Don't waste your time or risk your health with these hacks.
